Our venue is just on the outskirts of Exeter, off the Chudleigh turn on the A38. The venue boasts a large social area with a well-stocked, fully licensed bar open from 19:00 to 03:00. We offer a variety of spaces to cater to different needs, including lockable rooms, grope cages, and orgy beds.
Door prices are as follows: - £60 per couple (£50 if paid 2 weeks prior to the event date) - £30 for single females (£25 if paid 2 weeks prior to the event date) - A few select single male spaces are available at £60 each (only well-verified and vetted individuals will be considered) We have a good selection of local hotels, AirBnBs, and campsites in the area. We offer a pick-up/drop-off service for a small fee. Parking at the club is limited to 48 cars, with additional space for campers/vans. To reserve a parking space, the fee is £5 for a car and £10 for a van. Once the car park is full, you can use a public car park just a 3-minute drive from the club and take advantage of our shuttle service for £2.50 each way.

| This was our third visit and we really like this club.
The first time we went in August, we stayed at a local hotel recommended by Jamie, the club host. There was an efficient shuttle service running between the hotel and the venue. This was a very good experience. The shuttle also services other local hotels and car parks.
For subsequent visits we opted to drive directly to the venue. There is a fairly substantial car park, but we would recommend booking it in advance. The car park supervisor on the night, Jax, was very friendly and attentive. He also runs social meetups and other themed events, so ask him about those if you are interested.
Once inside, there is a coat rail for outdoor clothing. The next port of call is the registration desk, where you will be checked against the guest list. You can then buy cards for the bar and plastic cups for drinks. Every time you buy a drink, the card is marked by the bar staff so you can keep track of how much you spend. The bar is inexpensive compared to pub prices. You can also rent a locker for the night (recommended if you are dressing down later). Newbies can ask for a tour.
Further inside, there is a large bar area for mingling and socialising and we found everybody to be friendly and approachable. As with most clubs, you do have to make an effort though. I would say this is a very good venue indeed for newbies. The bar is well-stocked and the bar staff are lovely. There is a very well-balanced mix of couples and some singles. There is also a dancefloor and pole and many themed play areas, both lockable and unlocked, for when play commences.
We found the hosts and staff to all be very friendly and approachable. We very much enjoyed the choice of music, which was the usual dance tunes morphing into more mellow R&B later on. There is also an alcove with seating if you want to take a timeout from socialising or playing.
For the first two or three hours the club is like a normal pub or nightclub. Many couples seem to come here to socialise and meet up with old friends and to network as well as to play, so it feels a very natural and no pressure environment.
We should mention that the fun really starts about a week before with a dedicated Telegram chat group for each event, which gives a good feel for what to expect. Amongst the banter and sexy photos there is a lot of very good, sage advice which helps to calm the nerves of first timers. We very much recommend that newbies take advantage of this chat group.
Around 9.30, a welcome and delicious buffet appears in the seating alcove. This seems to be a bit of a signal for the dressing down to commence.
The evening tends to start with guys in smart casual dress and ladies in sexy evening dress. Many of the ladies bring more skimpy outfits for the dress down (there is a locker room in which to change) and very soon many are in revealing, sexy lingerie. There are some very beautiful people here. Play takes place in a separate area down a corridor from the bar area. There is also a busy dungeon where Jamie demonstrates his skills with an array of accessories in front of what is usually a substantial audience. Single males need to be accompanied in most of these play areas.
The play rooms are very clean and there is always plenty of action for us to watch initially before diving in ourselves. Basque Lady particularly enjoys the MFM action that she gets and Basque Lover always enjoys watching her on those large beds.
We would say the venue could be improved with a little more lounge seating, perhaps in the dance floor area which is not much used. Also, some of the open playrooms have curtains in the entrance which seem unnecessary to us and tend to isolate the rooms from us pervy watchers.
However, all-in-all, this is a great venue and clearly a lot of hard work goes into making it such. There is a lot of fun to be had here if you are willing to throw yourself into things. |

| Attended the club Utopia Xmas party as a solo male for the night as Mrs ST was otherwise engaged. J&G are amazing hosts supported by a fabulous, friendly team and always attract a warm, welcoming group of guests. The bar area is always buzzing with conversation and opportunities to make new friends whilst the other facilities offer a good range of play environments for either more private or open play depending on personal preferences. However, the real strength of this place is the community it consistently attracts and continues to build and broaden.
Even when the power went out (for the whole area) thanks to storm Darragh the place still rocked and the party continued.

| Biggest thanks to the guys at Utopia for hosting an absolutely incredible night at the club-it was my very first time at a club and my first time at a party like this, and I couldn't have asked for a better intro to the scene! From the moment we walked in, and were given a tour by Tomo, it all felt so welcoming, and it wasn't long before I started to feel at ease. Meeting so many amazing people made it so easy to relax and just enjoy myself??
The laughter, the conversations, and the energy was a perfect heady cocktail.
Thanks so much to Georgie and Jamie for putting on and hosting such a great event. And of course, can’t go without mentioning Chloe and Peaches, the stunning bar girls with their gorgeous smiles and cheeky banter who kept us all happily hydrated, Chris on the shuttle bus, making sure we all got there and back safely, and a special shoutout to Jax out in the cold car park! Apologies if I’ve forgotten anyone…I’ll make it up to you when I’m there next. Promise??

| WOW WOW... This was our first time at Utopia and What an amazing place, The owners have been so welcoming, the girls behind the bar are sexy as hell and so good at what they do, the shuttle bus driver was just so accommodating in pick up and drop off and thats before we even get to the people and the club, The Club itself was warm, well set up with so many options for whatever you like and great rules and etiquette that made us feel very safe and so chilled, then there was the people, sorry community! because that's how it felt, everyone we were able to speak to were so warm friendly and made us feel so welcomed and a part of that community right from the get go, I recommend this club to anyone, if you are unsure, DONT.. you wont be disappointed,

| We have been on the scene for around 15 years and in our time have visited lots of clubs both within the UK and abroad. We rarely leave reviews although on this occasion it’s a must. This venue is one of the friendliest and safest clubs we have been to so far. The venue owners and staff are extremely helpful and ensure that everyone of their guests has an amazing experience. | One of my favourite things about this club is the community spirit it brings, which means I feel safe attending by myself when my husband is working away, as I know I will be surrounded by beautiful people, inside and out. I don't think I would be brave enough to try that anywhere else! Perfect for newcomers and old timers alike.

| Sixth time visiting Utopia and always have a great time. The staff are excellent, the facilities are constantly improving and the clientele are always friendly, engaging and fun. We have mostly been as a couple but C has been a couple times single and has always felt welcome whichever way it has been. The fact that single men are expected to be accompanied in play areas makes the entire club feel safer for everyone and it is really nice that the team are so good at both enforcing this expectation and that nearly everyone respects and understands it. Staff are amazing funny and welcoming no issues from the minute you walk through the door you’re made to feel totally at ease.
The venue is amazing so much to do there with the various play rooms and bits they have in them.

| Whilst the wind blew and the rain fell we had another fabulous evening at Utopia where we met up with friends and were introduced to a few new people.
We were in the middle of an orgy when the raffle was drawn so sadly did not collect our prize.
Hands down, this is the best club we have attended. We feel safe and sexy in the environment J&G have created and look forward to returning in 2025. |

| I love this club so much. The venue, guests and hosts are all so fantastic. It's the only place I've ever felt so comfortable chatting to a bunch of complete strangers at the bar as everyone is super friendly and welcoming. I love the rustic style of the venue, it feels like a naughty secret clubhouse. As a solo female, it felt like such a safe environment, especially knowing that unaccompanied men aren't allowed in the play rooms. This is so reassuring if you've ever had a bad experience elsewhere.
Totally worth checking this club out if you like friendly people, relaxed vibe and a safe space to have fun!

| We attended another club Utopia night last night and really enjoyed it. The night was really busy even when several people cancelled due to the weather. Lots of new faces and people traveling from Wales to Cornwall to attend. Lots of people, lots of fun and lots of new friends. | Worst and unfriendliest club that I have ever been to.
Apart from a few helpful people like the shuttle driver, everyone there seemed to be part of established little groups and they kept to themselves rather than mingling.
The idea of banning singles guys from certain parts of the club, created another barrier to meeting people.
The place felt like a scout hut kids disco.
If you are a black man like me, avoid this place. |

| As a single female on a first ever visit to any club - I very nearly bottled it but so glad I didn’t. Highly recommend. Relaxed atmosphere, fun crowd, interesting chats, total respect, no pressure (no dickheads!!) Go and do as much or as little as you want. I really liked that the bar area was an intimacy free zone and you can stay there and chat - and then choose to go off and explore if and when you want..Great sexy hosts who have thought of everything.
