Our venue is just on the outskirts of Exeter, just off the Chudleigh turn on the A38.
The venue itself boasts a large area for social with a well stocked Fully licensed bar that runs 19.00-03.00
We have 13 Play areas that cater for an array of needs. From naughty girls/boys classroom, Gynaecologists/Nurses office to your grope cages. Not forgetting our open plan play zone and reverse glory holes (pizza ovens)
Our Door prices are as followed, £60 per couple (£45 if paid 2weeks prior to the events date ) £30 single female ( £20 if paid 2 weeks prior to the events date) A few select single males spaces are available £60 each (only well verified and vetted will be considered) The nearest hotel is Exeter court hotel (just a 10 minute drive) we do offer a pick up/drop off service for £20 per trip so it works out to £5pp each way. There is also a few air b&b’s in the area.. We do have parking at the club be we are restricted to 48 cars plus some space for campers/vans so we ask if you are wanting to drive to book a space, this is £5 for a car and £10 for a van. Once the carpark is full we have a public car park just a 3 minute drive from the club where you can make use of our shuttle service for £2.50 each way.

| Club Utopia continues to grow and grow.
With a amazing mix of hot couples and select solos there is something for everyone at this club.
The wide open social areas make socialising easy even for the most shy of people, while the mild undertones of kink allows you to explore any or all of your fantasies.
The community is supported by a great group chat before the party which allows everyone to become familiar with each other before the event, again this helps sooth even the most anxious of swingers.
If your a newbie or experienced swinger then club Utopia is definitely for you. |

| This was our 2nd visit to utopia as we enjoyed it so much the first time.
Everyone is so welcoming and it's easy just fit right in.
The venue has a nightclub vibe and all play rooms/areas are clean and well set up.
We think this may be are regular club night from now on.

| I’ve wanted to go to a club for years but as a single girl I’ve always been intimidated by the thought of it and then a friend asked if I could go as a plus one so I bit the bullet and went.
Wow, this was the best decision I’ve ever made!
From the moment I was invited in the pre-club night group chat I was made to feel welcome. Some of the girls reached out privately and let me ask them complete novice questions which I will forever be grateful for. Hints and tips which you feel a bit embarrassed about asking.
On the night itself, well from the moment I walked in I knew it was going to be good. The guys on reception were so nice, explained everything to me, offered me a tour and later that night even checked in on me again.
Everyone there was so nice, no clicky groups, people came over to introduce themselves and I felt absolutely no pressure to do anything including taking any clothes off. Single guys were so respectful never once did I feel harassed!
As the nerves subsided I made the move to dress down and then fun began. The rooms were clean with loads of supplies to keep it that way too.
I had the best time at Club Utopia, so much in fact I’ve already booked in to the next event and I can’t wait, I’m hooked.
As much as I want to try out other clubs, I’ve got a feeling they’re gonna be a let down now as this was just amazing from start to finish!
Hats off to the owners for creating an awesome club with the best of the swinging world attending xx |

| We visited Club Utopia on Saturday for G's birthday and found it to be an absolute diamond! It was with some surprise that we learned later that the place has been open for not much more than a year as the closeness of all the party guests there spoke of a place that has been a tight-knit happy little community for an age, so much did everyone look out for each other which was a delight to be included in? We were welcomed as new to this club with open arms and made to feel a part of the night's splendour which was marvellous and found the atmosphere to be vibrant and playful, yet with a D/s undercurrent amongst many that was an enthralling twist to witness, with our Troublemaking tendencies it seemed highly approved of! The transport to and from the club was sorted very well once the venue's car park was full, the buffet for peckish pleasure-seekers was very welcome and the opportunity given to "crash over" at the club overnight was a Godsend, meaning we didn't have to worry about watching our drinking limits and could concentrate on the night itself as we'd brought bedding :) But above all, the key ingredient to any successful club is it's crowd and the partygoers at Utopia were a warm, eclectic and individually gorgeous mass of welcoming hedonists, amongst whom giggles and mischief could be found in equally huge quantities! When we're both together in the South West again we'll be sure to be back! Troublemakers! xx |

| Wow what a night I had last night. Not my first vist and certainly won't be my last. I love the changes J&G have made club, making more exciting for sure. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and I always feel relaxed and at home when I'm there. It's a great club to try for a first club, as it runs by some amazing hosts and has a great social area with some very naughty play areas both private and open. I highly recommend you give it a visit. |

| Absolutely love this venue! Club Utopia has everything you could possibly need from an amazing bar with great prices, amazing staff, fantastic play areas from dungeon rooms to orgy beds to private play areas, there's something for everyone. The community is one of the most welcoming, and it's like a home away from home whether it's your first visit or your tenth!
This was the best way to celebrate my birthday and my one year anniversary in to swinging, and I can't wait to see this place to continue to grow and strive! |

| Another AMAZING night at Utopia. The staff really make this place so good. They care about the aesthetics of the club, they are friendly, welcoming and supportive to relative newbies, and old hands alike. Drinks prices are reasonable, the play areas are well looked after, and the social area is properly set out so that you can be sociable! Every time we have gone the people are so friendly and we can’t wait to go back! |

| We attended utopia last night for the first time. Was amazing night everyone was so friendly. We joined the group chat prior to arriving which really does help break the ice before going somewhere where you don't know. The location is lovely and peaceful, easy to get to with their shuttle service from Exeter Court hotel. Such a variety of things you can do in the club from just socialising at the bar to venturing in to the rooms to see some amazing sights.
Clean friendly and respectful what more could you ask for. :) |

| April was our first time at the swingers night, though we have been to the kink night before. We only booked in the night before, and the organisers were very responsive and helpful. We used the shuttle service both ways and the drivers were very friendly and we didn't have to wait either way. The club has loads of space and a grest mix of people. We knew a few and met some more. Music is there but not too loud, lots of people (100,150? Not sure) but not so crammed it's uncomfortable. Bar service is good and no drunken people. An all round great night and great venue. Well done! |

| Attended Saturday for our first ever visit for the pyjama. Such a warm welcome from the owners and staff. Very well run club with great and varied facilities. The staff are a credit to the owners and there was such a great atmosphere. If you are thinking about visiting then go for it you won't be disappointed and we will certainly be going back x |

| Our first visit to utopia and wow what a venue. The management team have gone out of their way to make this place the special ‘oasis’ it is. With many play rooms, a great bar, attentive and friendly staff along with amazing clientele. We were suitably impressed with the whole setup and had a great evening. Lots of friendly people and the PJ party theme added to an already rocking and great atmosphere. We will be back we promise xxx |

| My first ever visit to a club and I was lucky enough to have chosen the PJ Party at Utopia. To say I was nervous is an understatement, but from booking through to leaving, I felt so looked after. As a single girl it's easy to feel intimidated, but I was made to feel supported, looked after, welcomed and safe throughout by both the staff and the party people, they even let me indulge my ice cravings all night!! And as for the naughtiness, well what a bunch of stunners. I loved it so much I booked the next one before leaving the car park!! Thanks Utopia for an amazing intro in the club scene. I'm hooked. |

| We are very lucky to have Utopia on our doorstep. We really enjoyed visiting the club. We attended the Pyjama Night in April.
The club is very east accessible from the A38. Welcoming staff all round. Amazing to see what the owners have achieved in just over a year of running this club. Plenty of places to sit and chat, well stocked bar, dance area with pole, plenty of play rooms and spaces. Amazing and varied crowd and the place felt buzzing throughout the night. We will definitely be back |

| Well what can I say about this amazing club! From the moment you sign up to an event you are made to feel welcome. The ability to join an event group chat prior is a game changer! It allowed everyone to introduce themselves and start building a rapport which definitely eases the nerves. Everything is well organised throughout the night - easy parking on arrival with the aid of a parking assistant, a warm welcoming on the door with a tour of the club if needed and ability to purchase your beer tokens, amazing and friendly bar staff - always serving with a smile, a friendly atmosphere, great ever evolving club layout and the gorgeous hosts J&G who are always on hand to help if needed. I already feel like part of the furniture because that is the vibe that Utopia brings - you walk through the door alone and leave with a whole bunch of new (and naughty) friends.
