Our venue is located just outside Exeter, off the Chudleigh turn on the A38. It features a spacious social area with a well-stocked, fully licensed bar open from 19:00 to 03:00. We provide a variety of play spaces, including lockable rooms, grope cages, and orgy beds. Tickets for events must be purchased through our website—walk-ins are not permitted. For those traveling from further afield, there are several local hotels, Airbnbs, and campsites nearby.
We also offer a pick-up/drop-off service from Exeter Court or Gissons Hotel for a small fee. Parking at the club is limited to 48 cars, with additional space for campers/vans. To reserve a parking space, the fee is £5 for a car and £10 for a van. Once the car park is full, alternative parking is available at our overflow car park just a 3-minute drive from the club.

| This was our third and best visit to Utopia. Had so much fun as a couple and with another couple! This was probably our busiest visit yet, it was great to see Utopia have so many people there! We'll be back again really soon. |

| First time at a club and no idea what to expect, fantastic welcome from Jamie upon arrival who reassured us lots and hedgehog then took us on a tour where it was made so so clear that we were in charge of our limits, there was people who could help if we felt uncomfortable and that what we did or didn't do was entirely our decision.
We played but for us the freedom, the friendly atmosphere and general feeling was worth the most.
We are really looking forward to visiting again |

| Finally made it back to where it all began for me, at the 2nd Anniversary of Utopia, with a fantastic group of friends. Jamie and crew were so welcoming and helpful, as always.
The club is so well laid out, clean and spacious. The other guests were so friendly and I got to meet and speak to so many lovely people.
As a solo female this place feels so safe, everyone looks out for each other, staff check in with you throughout the night, it's a proper little community!
I had an incredible night, thank you all xx |

| This clubs anniversary is also our anniversary of our first ever visit, when we were very new to the club scene.
Last night didn’t disappoint, like it never does.
This friendly welcoming club, who have amazing staff, who work exceptionally hard to ensure a clean safe environment for all, was absolutely buzzing with regulars and quite a few newbies who were soon mixing and enjoying themselves.

| We attended this club for their second anniversary event, what a wonderful experience we had everyone was so friendly and down to earth.
The music was amazing, there was people enjoying themselves dancing ! There is plenty of play rooms for everyone’s needs, the staff go above and beyond for everyone to ensure everything runs smoothly! | First ever visit to Utopia was their "Red hot affair" and wow it was hot!!
The club has an amazing set up and I can't wait to explore more at future events. As a newbie it was great to be introduced to staff and given a tour, the staff mingled throughout the night making sure everyone was safe and happy.
I'd definitely recommend this venue for a first visit, so relaxed and welcoming, I can't wait for a return visit xo |

| We attended the Red Hot Affair 2nd anniversary last night after a small hiatus from the club. It was great to see the club full and buzzing with a mix of new and regular faces. There have been more changes since we were last. Unfortunately we didn't get to explore any of them but look forward to the next visit. Staff and facilities were great as always. |

| Attended Saturday event it was a social / play event and all I can say is what an Incredible atmosphere and genuinely lovely people. A mix of “regular’s” and newbies to the club and the conversation was free flowing and loads of banter I was made to feel very welcome.

| Utopias first social and what a great night it was, great hosts as ever and a gorgeous array of sexy guests that were very easy to talk to and party games that made it a much more relaxed evening and I would highly recommend a visit. Jamie and Georgie are the perfect hosts so relaxed and at the end of the night it’s like one big happy family sitting around chatting which you don’t seem to get at any other club. Final mention has to be about Georgie’s amazing ball handling skills which had people cheering and wanting more….. |

| First timers to Utopia and only our second club visit. Utopia was brilliant, really chilled out place with super nice people. The owners were really welcoming and made us feel at home!
