Our venue is located just outside Exeter, off the Chudleigh turn on the A38. It features a spacious social area with a well-stocked, fully licensed bar open from 19:00 to 03:00. We provide a variety of play spaces, including lockable rooms, grope cages, and orgy beds. Tickets for events must be purchased through our website—walk-ins are not permitted. For those traveling from further afield, there are several local hotels, Airbnbs, and campsites nearby.
We also offer a pick-up/drop-off service from Exeter Court or Gissons Hotel for a small fee. Parking at the club is limited to 48 cars, with additional space for campers/vans. To reserve a parking space, the fee is £5 for a car and £10 for a van. Once the car park is full, alternative parking is available at our overflow car park just a 3-minute drive from the club.

| My first club. They did kink nights and swing nights.
I went to the swing Christmas as I missed the kink night. Jamie and staff were so friendly and made the whole night feel safe. It was just a great event with a feeling you could be yourself. |

| Attended the Xmas party to dip our toes into clubs. People were very friendly, not pushy and relaxed. Plenty of great outfits and people enjoying themselves. Jamie and the team all very helpful, friendly and put us at ease. Nothing to compare it with, but a good first venue and we'd come back... |

| This was my first visit to Utopia for their Halloween bash. I loved the layout of the venue. It felt like a rabbit warren (Or, I suppose a fox den might be a more appropriate analogy)
The staff were very welcoming, and it was well maintained with lots of little playrooms to explore and indulge in.
Hope we will make it again another time. |

The venue really is the premier venue in the South West and beyond especially since the latest revamp and changes.
Utopia is such a safe, clean and respectful club and if you haven’t been then you really should try it once. |

| We attended the heroes and villains soirée last night and had a brilliant night. The diversity in costumes and efforts made was incredible, some people must have spent hours on their costume and some like us attended in not so themed wear, but all appreciated and all styles welcomed.
The Utopia team has been through changes over the past year or so, but in our humble opinion the balance last night was top tier, supportive, engaging, attentive, hard working and delivering a lovely atmosphere across the club.
We had a great time and met some people new and old who all seemed to be having varying degrees of a fabulous night.

| We have now been to multiple evenings at utopia and every single one has been a night filled with meeting great people in a really comfortable environment, the chaperones who do the newbie tours check in regularly no matter how often they have seen you since the first visit, everyone is respectful and friendly, it's a really nice bar environment with extras. |

| Attended Mr Fox’s birthday bash and was blown away by the well laid out venue with lots of great play spaces.
Staff were welcoming and friendly, and stated we should come to them if there were any issues at all.
The vibe was respectful, but plenty of shenanigans were had :) |

| Attended this amazing club on Saturday evening for the owner’s birthday party.
The place was buzzing with loads of sexy people who all seemed to be enjoying themselves after the summer break.
Several new play spaces were evident and a few more things are planned over the coming months.

| Fox’s Birthday celebrations!
Wow ! What a night! The club was busy, with lots of various swing friends old & new ! It was an amazing atmosphere! Everyone was so friendly.
The club had a DJ set up on the dance floor which got people moving, which was lush to see everyone having a great time!
The play rooms did not disappoint very busy & it looked like everyone was having some very fun times together !
The staff are always so friendly, & always around if you need help !
Honestly would highly recommend this club to anyone ! So if you’re looking for a club give this one a try & trust us you won’t be disappointed!

| Our first visit to Utopia was unforgettable. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, exciting, and full of energy. The club is beautifully set up, with just the right mix of fun and playful. Everyone we met was so friendly, open, and welcoming — it was easy to relax and let go. The energy in the room was sexy without ever feeling pushy, and it made the whole night flow naturally.
The owner is such a genuine and wonderful person, and you can tell a lot of care goes into making sure the space feels safe, comfortable, and fun for everyone. We loved how the vibe encouraged connection, laughter, and, of course, plenty of fun.
We came away smiling, glowing, and already planning our next visit. Utopia really is a perfect name — it feels like a little world where you can just be yourself, explore, and enjoy. We can’t wait to come back for more. |
