Our venue is located just outside Exeter, off the Chudleigh turn on the A38. It features a spacious social area with a well-stocked, fully licensed bar open from 19:00 to 03:00. We provide a variety of play spaces, including lockable rooms, grope cages, and orgy beds. Tickets for events must be purchased through our website—walk-ins are not permitted. For those traveling from further afield, there are several local hotels, Airbnbs, and campsites nearby.
We also offer a pick-up/drop-off service from Exeter Court or Gissons Hotel for a small fee. Parking at the club is limited to 48 cars, with additional space for campers/vans. To reserve a parking space, the fee is £5 for a car and £10 for a van. Once the car park is full, alternative parking is available at our overflow car park just a 3-minute drive from the club.

| Honestly this club is now like a second home to us as it makes us feel so welcome and comfortable and that’s what you want in a club!
The staff are absolutely amazing and nothing is ever too much trouble for them.
The atmosphere is great and always positive, it’s lovely to see people all shapes and sizes at this club and the club never makes you feel like you need to be anything other than yourselves! |

| From the moment you walked in, you could feel it was going to be special. Everyone showed up dressed to impress, fully embracing the night’s theme.
The place was packed, but not in an overwhelming way. Every corner buzzed with laughter and conversation; it felt like everyone genuinely came to enjoy.each other’s company and celebrate the night together.
Huge shoutout to the organizers for putting together another great night. |

| I was very excited to attend utopia and was made to feel at ease straight away. All the staff are amazing, so friendly and welcoming. I was attending the event solo for the first time and was well looked after by everyone there. The club is clean with a fully stocked bar and plenty of play spaces. Can't wait to go back again! |

| We returned to Utopia for the Coyote Ugly themed party. The place was packed and it was great to see friends and make a few new acquaintances. It's exciting to see there are some refurbishments under way and we look forward to seeing them soon.
We always recommend Utopia to new people, it's a great inclusive environment for first time or regular visits. |

Club is spacious, clean and lots of playrooms to enjoy. Party atmosphere with a great crowd. We'd attend again and look forward to seeing the ongoing renovations. |

| Boom, once again Jamie and the staff put on an amazing event.
The club was buzzing with loads of sexy people, who were making full use of the extensive play areas, that as usual were exceptionally clean and tidy, with wipes and sprays available for those little accidents.
There was evidence of renovations in certain areas, and the club is going to undertake some refurbishment.
This club runs a shuttle service for those people who choose to stay at some local hotels, and also from the village, if the car park fills up.
Nothing is too much trouble, and we look forward to seeing what exciting plans they have in the future.

| I visited Utopia on 3rd of May for the first time. It was reported to be one of their quiet nights but even at that there was alot of fun. I love the atmosphere of the club the staff were friendly. Lucky to meet the owner on my first visit who made some introduction, looking forward to another visit. |

It was our fourth visit and, like all previous times, we felt safe and secure and everyone was really welcoming and friendly. Jamie and team put on some amazing events and we have never been disappointed.

| Our 2nd and definitely our go to club in the future. We were there last night for Tropical Temptations and I doesn't fail to impress.
If you are new to the scene like us or have been enjoying the lifestyle for ages, utopia has it spot on.
Jamie the owner and absolute downright gent and charmer has put together a venue where you can walk in, people put there arms around you, chat, have a real laugh...its intoxicating. Amazing team of both people that work there, people with a genuine vested interest in the club and the guests are incredible. No nerves, no concerns just a fun, naughty with an amazing chilled vibe...see you soon guys x |

| I attended Tropical Temptations at Utopia last night. It was my first time visiting this venue. Attending clubs as a single woman can be very daunting but everyone there were so attentive and approachable. I was treated to a hilarious tour which involved expert demonstrations, a whipping from the barmaid and a kinky time on the cross. The venue was clean, spacious with plenty of play and social areas. A lot of work has been put into making it how it is.

Went for the Tropical Temptations event (May25) for my first visit. What a brilliant night! ??
The staff are amazing, super friendly and easily breaking any tension with great banter. ??
Really relaxed, friendly and safe. No pressure to play, you can simply chat or, go off for some fun with new/old friends.
I put a friend on the cross and had a blast! The audience was an added bonus!! I am definately going again.??

| Our first visit to a club and WOW!...We went for their Spring Fling night.
Really friendly and sexy people.
Jamie and all of the team at Utopua are lovely and put our slightly nervous minds at ease.
Really great social area by the bar and various playrooms which we took advantage of. Met and played with some gorgeous people and can't wait to go back again.
