Our venue is located just outside Exeter, off the Chudleigh turn on the A38. It features a spacious social area with a well-stocked, fully licensed bar open from 19:00 to 03:00. We provide a variety of play spaces, including lockable rooms, grope cages, and orgy beds. Tickets for events must be purchased through our website—walk-ins are not permitted. For those traveling from further afield, there are several local hotels, Airbnbs, and campsites nearby.
We also offer a pick-up/drop-off service from Exeter Court or Gissons Hotel for a small fee. Parking at the club is limited to 48 cars, with additional space for campers/vans. To reserve a parking space, the fee is £5 for a car and £10 for a van. Once the car park is full, alternative parking is available at our overflow car park just a 3-minute drive from the club.

| This was one of our quieter visits to Utopia, but that didn't make it any less fun!
It was our fourth visit and, like all previous times, we felt safe and secure and everyone was really welcoming and friendly. Jamie and team put on some amazing events and we have never been disappointed.

| Our 2nd and definitely our go to club in the future. We were there last night for Tropical Temptations and I doesn't fail to impress.
If you are new to the scene like us or have been enjoying the lifestyle for ages, utopia has it spot on.
Jamie the owner and absolute downright gent and charmer has put together a venue where you can walk in, people put there arms around you, chat, have a real laugh...its intoxicating. Amazing team of both people that work there, people with a genuine vested interest in the club and the guests are incredible. No nerves, no concerns just a fun, naughty with an amazing chilled vibe...see you soon guys x |

| I attended Tropical Temptations at Utopia last night. It was my first time visiting this venue. Attending clubs as a single woman can be very daunting but everyone there were so attentive and approachable. I was treated to a hilarious tour which involved expert demonstrations, a whipping from the barmaid and a kinky time on the cross. The venue was clean, spacious with plenty of play and social areas. A lot of work has been put into making it how it is.

Went for the Tropical Temptations event (May25) for my first visit. What a brilliant night! ??
The staff are amazing, super friendly and easily breaking any tension with great banter. ??
Really relaxed, friendly and safe. No pressure to play, you can simply chat or, go off for some fun with new/old friends.
I put a friend on the cross and had a blast! The audience was an added bonus!! I am definately going again.??
You really should try it! |

| Our first visit to a club and WOW!...We went for their Spring Fling night.
Really friendly and sexy people.
Jamie and all of the team at Utopua are lovely and put our slightly nervous minds at ease.
Really great social area by the bar and various playrooms which we took advantage of. Met and played with some gorgeous people and can't wait to go back again.

| My first time and Jamie and his team could not have been more welcoming. The venue is varied, fun and well thought out to suit many play styles. The crowd very attractive and friendly. I made some very good new friends in the well equipped large dungeon area.

| We joined the spring fling crowd at Utopia and was our first visit after sometime away due to vanilla hectic life. We do enjoy visiting and a good mix of social areas and play rooms. | We have attended swing parties at Utopia but Saturday night was our first kink party. We really can't speak highly enough of the hosts and their team for the effort they put in. Right from the moment you book you are supported with accomm options, on the night there's a friendly and efficient shuttle service with whom you have direct contact to arrange, the welcome couldn't we warmer, the ents were a feast for the eye and the crown were as friendly as they were kinky! We can't wait for another kink night! X |

| We had a great night at Utopia's kink night on Saturday. Burlesque performers, kinky traders, and a huge chain rig suspended from the ceiling. Lovely people, a super friendly and welcoming atmosphere. We felt at ease very quickly despite not having been to a kink event there before.

| We attended Utopias kink night at the weekend, initially as a trader, everyone was so amazing we decided to stay and play, the facilities are brilliant, lots of space, nicely decorated, lots of parking, lots of furniture, everything catered for. | Attended the March Madness event at the weekend and it was our first trip to Utopia. What can I say but Thank You to Jamie and all his team from the shuttle to get there, the front of house staff, the lady that showed us around , the Bar staff, the people that made the beautiful buffet and Jamie himself. It was a great set up, everyone was so welcoming and friendly we felt so relaxed and comfortable it was like I had been going for years.
