| I was incredibly nervous yesterday about my first ever visit to a club, but the second I walked into Cupids I was made to feel at ease. The staff and host were very friendly and the club was lovely. Very clean and well presented with a lovely relaxed bar area and plenty of playrooms. The hot tub was a delight. It's a shame the glorious weather meant it was so quiet, but I now know that I'm comfortable in dress down and felt safe and respected during my visit. I'll definitely be going back. |

| Had a great evening are cupids. Staff were very friendly and gave me a tour of the facilities. Club is clean and tidy. I met some lovely couples and was a good atmosphere. Can’t wait to go again. |

| What Can I say about this club but wow. Been a few times and plan on going more often. All the staff are very friendly make you feel very welcome. If it’s your first time at a club I suggest this to be your first experience as the people who go in are non pushy.

| Been attending this club with my wife for around 2 years now and never had any problems with any one, the owners Bruce & Yona are always welcoming and I personally wont hear a bad word against them, the club is always clean and well presented with plenty going on.
There will always be those who disagree, but for me its the best club by a long way.

| I have been going to Cupid’s for about 14 years on and off and I realised that last night was probably my first time on a Sunday. It wasn’t overly busy but the people in the club were social, chatty and filthy fun.
Cupids has always made it very clear what the rules are for single guys, if you treat the couples and other single women with respect and decency then there is never an issue.
Sometimes misunderstandings do happen but have found the club very good at working together to resolve. I have always been open if my membership is in or out of date.
The club is always clean and tidy, the bar staff are polite - Sunday’s staff were VERY nice. The rooms are varied and fun.
I would say if your a guy who is respectful, chatty and has a perverted mind you will have a good time but please treat the other couples and single ladies with the respect.

Had a great night - a lot of good looking couples in last night, and some single guys. Watched Gem have a great time, which was lots of fun!

| I have attended this club on numerous occasions and it's one of the safest most friendly clubs I've ever been to and the vibe every time is so sexy. The staff are all great to get along with and can't do enough for the people attending. If I could chose any club in the northwest for a guaranteed great night out it would be this for sure. |

| Clearly my friend you cannot count - there where 6 people in your group. You presented as three couples. There where two cpls & 2 males - you paid for for 3 couples. Therefore avoiding the single guy entrance fee. Everything else is irelevent as from that point on your story holds know validity whatsoever. No one abused your or your friends - the facts where clearly stated in messages to the reviewers involved. Yes I have the cctv to demonstrate that you entered the club under false pretences. |

| In review of your comment below to be fair neither of us was going to comment but as you feel the need to hurl abuse in peoples inboxes and then block them yet just another example of your outstanding service we felt it only right ....
Firstly - Tailgate & trespassing, interesting choice of an adjective; if that was true then why is it when we went to the changing rooms we was followed by yourself and handed 6towels ( whilst each couple was at there locker ) with said keys you asked how many couples and I personally stated to yourself in clear ENGLISH 3 :-) 2 mf and 1 mm If it was an issue things should have been resolved there and then. That being said and your action, leads one to believe that you were happy for us to proceed. Typically the tour would follow then after.
- In-terms of the id, as the host did send a message out to remind people to have them. All three couples had their id's on them. As we wasn't asked to produce them upon entry, & only to produce money we presumed that's your standard code of practice amongst others of your high standards.
If the said GENTLEMAN had come in with a couple of what you have said is a busy night (begs to differ) how did they get passed a lock door which you buzz them in once they pay, how did they manage to run up tabs at the bar with no locker key isn’t it the said locker key number you give to behind the bar.
And are you really trying to suggest you neither any of your staff knew we were there from our entrance at 10 pm till when you came up to my freinds fog horning asking for another entrance fee to be paid at 2am come on now....
Back to your statement of “the lady freind kicking off “ let me just inform you that definitely was not kicking off just simply voicing my opinion of someone trying to take the blatant mick ....
Do also note that my review did actually rate you ok in no form did I disrespect your club I mean I could of mentioned a lot but chose not to, but that’s now gone to a AVOID and of course like any orther club in the country you expect people to pay the bill for entrance and drinks consumed the argument was should they be paying twice ????
One last thing as for which club has a open door policy for people just to walk in unchecked well clearly yours :-) as clearly from your statement we managed to walk through a lock door which you and your staff buzz people in not showing any of you I’d, even through we were newbies collected towels and lockers keys all by ourselves ran up a bar tab with no bar number and then Just proceeded to walk out .... lol pull the orther one ....
I simply suggest you do what you said you was going to do in the first place do your inspector act and check your cctv then come back with the real story...
anyhow as I have now been informed your not even the owner I refuse to have or indulge in any more tit tat with yourself if the owner would like to take up any of the comments I have raised then do tell him to feel free and get in touch till then case closed unless it’s your apology for being in the total wrong.
Finally reviews are left by attendees, It is our right to review a place weather good or bad .. Purely as an aid, so defending your action rather than taking heed. Adds room for question. Mwah xxx |

| I attended MOTD Tuesday, it was fun, staff where polite and a good laugh. Hanky, jemma and sally, even seen Sally relaxed and dancing for a change (normally working hard) so got to talk to her and get to know her better ?? I found it a blast. It was clean and fresh ( got another word but cant think) lol but it was the best day for me ever. The club is the only one I've been to but it's brilliant and it is a place some others should inspire too |

| To the avoid review/s below. Sorry I normally attempt to have an even or balanced view in my responses. However in both cases I have to say this. Utterly UNTRUE in every aspect.
Two gentlemen tailgated behind a cpl that they came with on a busy night - not paying the entrance fee at the door. From then on in these GENTLEMEN where effectively trespassing,
You where not offered tours as the staff did not know you where in the club until it became clear that you did not have locker keys. So yes you where them asked to pay - actually you should have told to leave immediately as you had not provided ID as single males are strictly required to do on their first visit.
The lady friend you referred to “kicked off” because your group was caught/found out. Lol at “out of towners” cupids gets dozens of people visiting receives & welcomes decent people from all over the UK & Europe FACT. We expect people to pay their bills both for entrance & drinks consumed.
As for “locked in” which club has an open door policy for anyone just to walk in unchecked? answer NONE.
I won’t even lower my staff or myself to comment on the rest of the detritus you have written. |

| Personally my rating is: Avoid, Poor would be a better suited word. Attended Cupids on the weekend & initially I was confused with the club... but as the night progressed I realised that the club is poorly managed. Basic customer service was a miss on the night (no club tour), made to pay an entrance fees twice or I couldn't leave the club as the door was manually locked. Plus if it was an issue for a MM to come to the club don't take thir money initially & the proceed to fleace their friend ( a MF couple ) to pay again thinking they hadn't informed us. Personally try the club out if its in your bucket list but I wouldn't recommend it, to management: set-up!! |

| Attended MOTD today. This is the best club by far!! Clean friendly and the staff today hanky, Jemma and Sally did amazing. Every 1 in the club enjoyed the games and was a lot of sexy/naughty fun goin on. Love this club

| What can I say,me and a group of friends attended the event on the 20th and there was 3 couples 2 MF and 1 MM couple and was given 2 keys not 3.We wasn't even showed around being has it was our 1st time attending,and in other club if been showed around. We was told that the guest would be 150 more like 50 lol anyways,2 members decided to leave early because they wasn't feeling the vibes and you wouldn't let them leave with out paying the tab which was way to much,no wonder they kicked off trying to keep them locked up like they was in a cell kmt. When it was time for the remaining 4 of us to leave u made me pay my tab once again,when my couple had already paid and i didn't even have anything else to drink.You then had the cheek to say to my MM couple that they don't accept MM couple what a absolute joke when u had no problem taking our money in the beginning.My female friend wasnt pleased at all when you made her couple pay another entry fee.Just because we come from out of town u thought u could take the piss, we are nice people and you disrespected use big time. |

| Well what can I say Me and five mates went to a event on the 20th April called black magic the event itself held some really nice people ... nice guys and I had fun... the venue apart from Gemma who worked behind the bar (amazing girlie) I have nothing positive to say it’s the first club I’ve ever been to in my entire time where as newbies you are not given a tour told where to go get changed etc ... lucky their were some nice guys willing to show us the ropes... being locked in once the event Was done over a issue of a mm couple and them not paying the right entrance fee I’m still baffled, the fact that they left the event within 30 mins of entering it made it even worse, if they couldn’t of came in as a mm couple that should of been explained on arrival not 2 o clock in the morning when they had already left and their issue was them pushed on to us.. I’m still confused but so be it We’re not rude people and definitely don’t appericate being spoken to rudely so the extra you was asking for was certainly not a issue Hun enjoy :-) a club I wouldn’t go to again but at least it’s ticked off the bucket list wishing you all the best in the furture and do note I didn’t say avoid although I should of done but go and see for yourselves mwah xxx |
