| This place needs a makeover!!! Is not my first review on Rio’s but is my first bad one .
Been here again on Sunday ,, we’ve been told from the door that back facilities are closed so we cannot play. ( the reason was whispered around that police was there investigating an INCIDENT* that happened 2 days before) I am using the word incident because I am not allowed by the site to use the actual word...
We thought we will enjoy the rest of the facilities anyway but ,as always ,ratio of men to women is very very high, one steam room was closed another one too cold and the only one hot remaining was taken over by some ladies who spread themselves all over just to keep it occupied . When we insisted that we want in , those ladies acted like we were bothering them and started to talk really loud . Saunas were over crowded, jacuzzis as well and when you finally find a spot you find also some hands attached to your bum straight away. People don’t respect when you ask them not to touch under water and by continuing that they force you to leave .
I think this place needs a strong management with very clear rules for everyone including members of staff. And also a proper definition of what this place really is ... Naturist Spa , Naturist swingers Spa or Anything and Everything as it is now ...
At least we should know from the start .
Every time I go back I find this place more and more degraded . To bad because has a lot of potential to be a great facility.
Probably I will not go back anytime soon. |

| We went first time Saturday 14th of December they advertise 6pm to midnight couple only we paid £25 soon as we walk inside too many single mens was around immediately we went back to reception and ask for refund, she was rude and didn't give us anything and we left the place , please avoid it |

| Been twice now.
Facilities are better than I expected but the private rooms are awful, so uncomfortable and the constant banging on the door is annoying. Beware of wandering hands in the jacuzzis and saunas.
I'd done my research before going, having read the reviews on here and talking to people who I know who go relatively regularly. Saw naughtiness in the jacuzzis, steam room etc. Feeling frisky about midnight and started to play with my male companion. Only for a member of staff to holler at us across the room to stop in front of everyone. Beyond embarrassing and terrible customer service, even the security guy apologised to us on her behalf. Apparently different rules on different nights. I wish this had been made clear (as it is at other venues) as I'll happily respect the rules. We left shortly after.
The way it was handled will mean we probably won't return. |

| So ended up here as at the last min my non-Fab playpal couldn't accom and was the best decision.
Got there early and unfortunately the play rooms were out of use while heading was on so we used the sauna and had some fun while it was quiet.
Unfortunately one older person was a bit pushy but after a firm no behaved but the mood was gone so we went for a swim.
Once the play rooms were ready off we went. It would be nice if there was a way to indicate that you do not wish to be disturbed (will bring a handle sign next time) as quite a lot of knocks and asking to come in to watch.
Back to the sauna and a bit more play got the attention of people and again one of two pushy men needed firm no's killing the mood and I think put off the other couple in there.
Overall the place is clean, the towels are medium sized but we will without a doubt be back for the couples night for a bit of soft swapping and maybe more.

| I've just spent Sunday afternoon/evening there & had a lovely chilled time. Nice hot jacuzzis and sauna. Found it to be cleaning & plenty of clean towels when you want them. The 2 girls behind the bar work so hard to keep it clean. Busy on this day & a good mix of both sexes. Everyone polite and respectful. Definitely go again. |

| Went to Rios on Thursday night for the first time. I was a little nervous and shy at first but as time went by I became more relaxed. Getting talking to a few different people made it a very enjoyable experience. The bar staff were friendly.
The jacuzzis were very warm so I enjoyed those. |

| We’ve been to loads of different clubs but had held off visiting here as we were a bit doubtful. On a couples night we thought it was pretty great actually. Much bigger than we imagined, big jacuzzis, pool, steam room etc. - it’s a proper big spa. Very clean, recently refurbished to a good standard, very friendly, diverse crowd, a bit more boisterous than BGHS for example. The odd eccentric individual as in every club, but on a couples night two thumbs up. |

| Saturday nights from 6-12 is mixed-sex couples only and seems to be a much better experience for women (unless you like being hit on by random men?).
Well equipped with saunas, steam, jacuzzis, and small pools. BYOB but no food although deliveries from outside possible.
Lots of playful couples. I recommend chat and chill...and be surprised how far some people will go. :) |

| Visited on a Friday afternoon to relax and wind down. Facilities were clean and the people very friendly. Clearly a higher rate of men to ladies, but everyone was relaxed and chatty. Did have the token man that just kept walking through looking for action, but I think that type of person is at every venue. Will look to return again. |

| Went on a Friday night for the first time in probably a couple of years. Previous Friday nights had put me off a bit due to increasingly testosterone-fuelled behaviour, but last Friday was very nice and relaxing. Met a really nice couple who were great to chat with (the Mrs very sexy).
However the back rooms, which get hot enough naturally anyway, had the radiators on making them sweltering. I really wish Rio's would only do that when it's REALLY cold outside. I get that everyone has different temperature thresholds, but the rooms were way too hot. I was far from the only person who was saying that. |

| You need to accept as a single guy you are unlikely to get an invite in to a room, but if you go late on you will probably get to be a voyeur and watch a couple having sex in one of the jacuzzi’s. This has happened on the last two occasions I have been and I have thoroughly enjoyed it. Both times the male partner knew I was watching and I respected them by keeping a discreet distance (if I would have got an invite I would have moved closer but it didn’t happen). Yes you do get the usual idiots and the men far outweigh the women but that’s the case in most clubs. Go there with no expectations other than admiring a few naked women and getting the chance to see couples getting off with each other and you won’t go far wrong. |

| We went last night. Without planning with another couple.
Great friendly people. Yes. A few male idiots. But a no worked for them all.
The water was warm. The bubbles hid an amount of fun play. The rooms at the back called us towards them. Why do so many play rooms have red beds?
Stayed till 6. And loved the cups of tea and energy boosting biscuits.
Friendly staff. One lady had boobs to excite anybody.
We will be back again soon

| I visited Rios for the first time a couple of Sundays ago, staying from about 11.30 am until late lunchtime. My bus to St Pancras stopped outside, and I was feeling a little fragile after a heavyish night before, so it would have been reckless not to check it out for some rest, recuperation and vital re-hydration. (OK, I always feel extra horny when hungover, for some reason). The facilities are very good, with multiple steam rooms, hot tubs and saunas including one really large jacuzzi and a decent-sized pool. It was pretty quiet when I arrived but had filled up by the time I left. It's true there were some of those wordless-but-pushy types that give all solo guys a bad name, but plenty of laid-back and friendly people too and I think that some sensual fun would have ensued had I not had to leave just as it was getting busy to head back to Kent. I kinda like the fact that, aside from us oversexed wrong 'uns, it is used by the local community as a straightforward spa (so isn't *just* a venue for naughtiness) and love the mix and the multicultural atmosphere. I left relaxed and fully recovered so it definitely did the job. Like I said in my recent review of Eureka, I'm really glad this place exists and will go again when I find myself in central London with some 'me' time to spare. |

| Went to Rio's for the first time in as few years yesterday afternoon (Saturday). It was clean and pleasant, and a lot more fun that I remember in the past - good conversations and a couple of nice opportunities to play. As others have said, it's not a full-on swingers' club on a Saturday afternoon, but it is a good place to relax and maybe, who knows, have done fun. Don't come with too great expectations and you might enjoy it |

Rios isn't exclusively swingers clubs so your post is very ignorant. People not speaking English?..maybe is Brita shouldn't go on holiday if we can't speak the native tongue.
As for your reference about beggars, well 25 quid for a room, unlimited cups of teas n biscuits plus t.v. is probably better value than a hostel.
Rios is Rios. Don't knock the place as for many its a community hub and a great little sanctuary to get away from the city x |
