| We go to Partners monthly if not weekly and can assure anyone Clive is one of the nicest most helpful gentleman we've ever met, but that doesn't mean people can take the p*** out of him.. He works really hard to make Partners a clean safe place to enjoy.. We love the wet area and it's disappointing when the jacuzzi is out of order. One time someone ripped wires out. Another time someone blocked all the jets. And some saddo seems to think its fun to destroy the light fitting every time it gets fixed. No one is more upset/frustrated than Clive when this happens... Slate the club if you must but get off Clive's back. Some people are right up their own backsides and will never be happy no matter how many times you apologise, so don't lower yourself Clive they're not worth it. Rant over lol. |

| We have been going for a very long time to Partners - Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter driving over the top of moors to get there.
Finding sometimes, that the club is empty. But that ain't the problem of the club or Clive - it just happens and we don't moan about having money back.
The club is always clean and nice - okay sometimes the jacuzzi isn't running, because it's broke.
9 times out of ten it's because some one has trashed it, but breaks happen. I do not expect my washing machine to run forever.
We have had loads of fun at Partners and meet nice people there and would always recommend it to others. Most important it's safe not like some other clubs where a "no" isn't a "no".

| After reading the review posted below with the rating "Avoid" I feel obligated to respond due to what I feel is misleading and unfair information given by the author.
Most people that attend Partners either on an occasional visit or as regulars do know who I am, and I feel sure that the majority of these people would NOT consider that I come across with a tough attitude, or in fact with any attitude other than friendly or helpful. As for learning "people skills" I would be the first person to apologise if I felt I had unwittingly upset someone or I thought someone was not pleased with the way I had treated or dealt with them. OK admittedly I do not suffer fools easily but I can honestly say that I treat everyone with the same amount of courtesy and respect.
Now I would like to address the actual review that was posted.
On Sunday 2nd Feb at 7.52pm
(CCTV recorded) I admitted a couple into the club, this couple were known to me due to previous visits. Knowing this couple as I did I apologised (YES apologised) due to the jacuzzi being out of action. I explained the engineers had been at the club till 11pm on the previous Friday to fit a new pump but unfortunately were unsuccessful and couldn't do anything till Monday.
Again I apologised (YES again) and after being told What a shame, we love using the jacuzzi, I offered the couple £5 off any subsequent visit for which they thanked me. At 8.22pm (CCTV recorded) the couple came to reception and informed me they were leaving due to they were unhappy the jacuzzi was not working, I again apologised (for the THIRD time)and owing to them only being in the club for 30 mins I was happy to give them vouchers value £20 to use on their next visit. YES I did say that the money they had paid had gone through the till and had to be accounted for,and I did honestly think my offer of vouchers to pay their next admission was fair, they DID have the option of not coming in when told the jacuzzi was out of action. After I was informed they preferred cash back so they could pay admission to another club whose jacuzzi WOULD be working, and that I was at fault because I should have informed everyone that the jacuzzi was out of service I gave them their cash back. I told him, In hindsight YES we could have informed everyone of the problem, but we DIDN'T, so once again I apologised,

The jacuzzi and pool at partners run 7 days a week 24 hours a day and from time to time YES we do experience breakdowns and maintenance problems, thankfully 99% of our customers realise and accept this.

Another thing mentioned in the review refers to an injury on a previous visit again relating to the jacuzzi. It is alleged that an injury had been caused by a broken bolt protruding for the light fitting in the jacuzzi. My recollection of the incident was that I was approached by the customer informing me there was a broken bolt protruding from the light in the jacuzzi and that he had scratched his foot on it, I was asked why I had not sawn the bolts off so they didn't protrude, using my best "people skills" I explained that originally this is what I had done but it had made the bolts sharp and could potentially cause someone an injury, leaving the bolts as they were wasn't an ideal situation but at least there wasn't any sharp edges, and again applying my best "people skills" I did enquire very politely why would someone WANT to put their foot on the jacuzzi light in the first place.
Now finally, and I apologise for going on but there is at least one other occasion that myself and the author of the review have not seen eye to eye, and to my shame and embarrassment on this occasion I did NOT use my best "people skills" in fact I was void of any skills whatsoever, I DO admit to using a little strong language towards the gentleman due to him adjusting the tuning on one of the T.V's in a private room. When I questioned his reasons for adjusting the T.V he replied "well it's OK for me to adjust the T.V's in Chameleons", in fact, they appreciate and thank me for my help. Needless to say I didn't thank him but I did fully apologise
(at least once) for my very uncharacteristic outburst.
Thank you everyone for taking the time to read my "fair" version of the events mentioned in the "avoid" review and although we cannot please everybody all the time, you can be assured that, Myself, Dave and ALL staff members at Partners will always endeavour to treat and speak to all our customers with the utmost courtesy and respect.

| We went to partners on NYE and what a great night we had... It was busy and friendly!!! Had a slight issue with the club but the boss ( Clive) sorted it out in no time and couldn't do enough for us!!! Don't give this club a miss, it's the best in the north west by far!!!! |

| Sorry to say that our last visit was not great. After a two hour drive to this club we are greeted With the news that the jacuzzi was faulty. We had checked the website before and nothing was said about it. After a two hour drive we did check inside to find the pool was not as warm as we would expect it. It was not even 5 minutes before we left. We were told our money had been out in the till and he was not prepared to give us a refund. Finally got a reluctant refund with an excuse that it was on the website and on fab. When we got back we still cold not find any news on the web. Sent an e mail with our concerns and a week later the only message we have had from the club is that of a newsletter sent twice. Why when the jacuzzi was found faulty on a Friday did they not tell people about it by a newsletter. We left it a week to post this on the hope that an apologie would have come back and calmed us down as we were very annoyed. There are some nice staff there but one needs to learn some people skills and rather then come over as TOUGH attitude a friendlier approach could be better. This member of staff comes over verbally aggressive which is a shame as the club could have a lot of potential but we now feel not welcome as if we were then maybe a reply to our e mail would have been nice. On this occasion the club failed us and once in the past we injured ourselves in a broken bolt in the jacuzzi and it was made out to be our fault. Come on partners you are letting yourself down. This is our honest opinion and should our opinion change we will post a new one but now at the moment we do not feel welcome there and to be honest a two our drive is not worth being treated like that. We did go to another club and was made to feel so welcome it was so different. Sorry partners but on this occasion you do not deserve a good review. |

| Went to Partners with a fem playmate, EJH1122 tonight. Both our first club experiences. We knew it was a GG night and this had both of us excited all week! We deliberately arrived a little later than opening, though with hindsight and this being a weeknight, we should have prob turned up at the start. It was reasonably busy on arrival but soon tailed off... This was more down to our arrival time though than any fault of the club... Some folk had obviously already had their fun! Staff v friendly, facilities decent. Plenty single guys in there as expected on a GG night, we spent a good while exploring the place and finding our feet. We got talking to one guy who was soon in a private room with us! A few couples there too and one or two greedy girls surrounded by cock, who seemed to be enjoying themselves!! All in all, exactly what we wanted for our first visit... Not too over the top for our own activity this time, though we'll be back now we've seen what it's all about and plan to be a little more adventurous next time! |

| As a singleton i'm not a regular visitor to clubs but I have been to couple of GG events at Partners and enjoy the whole set-up. The events are very well organised so that everyone is relaxed and can have fun in a safe, friendly environment with great facilities. Looking forward to 4th April already :) |

| This was our first visit to a club as we have had problems getting more than two guys together to satisfy subs need ,was a little nervous but felt comfortable in minutes, was well worth the journey , everyone friendly and respectful and a really good environment and atmosphere, we went in at 9 and didn't leave until 2 when subs had finally had enough after 2 gangbangs and 1 bukkaka and being covered in cum , plenty of guys to choose from, will recommend and defo be attending again , thanks guys |

| Went for the first time last night & wish I had visited a long time ago. One of the friendliest clubs around. Very well set up with a great wet area. Met some very nice people and had a fun night despite the plummer being unable to fix the jacuzi. Will definitely be visiting again. |

| We visited the club for the first time on tues 28th jan and was impressed by the warm friendly greeting from clive. We found the club was really well set up with an excellent wet room area and large bar area. It was very quiet but the locals were really friendly apart from one annoying drunken youngster who should have been ejected. We will visit again. |

| Returned back here on 25.01 after several months being away and we know what we have been missing .The club is all done up from the spa to the bar amazing the wet area as well the new maze room looks fantastic.
All though it were a mixed night seemed a shortage of single males although the couples made up for it the single guys that were there gave respect and were friendly we are all ready planning our next visit see you soon |

The plunge pool was a little cold for cali but that was only criticism..

We love the wet area especially the jacuzzi as it is great for socialising and getting to know other cpls. | I was reluctant to return to partners after the madness of the gg night. However a friend persuaded me and I was pleasantly surprised. The club was very clean and the staff were very helpful and there was a good mix of couples and singles.was a good night and met some lovely people. |
