| I made my first visit to BGHS after wanting to for ages. It's an Oasis and I'm certain I'll be back regularly just for the spa, also for the massages, Nessa is amazing, I was so relaxed after my 1hr massage!
The Spa facilities are great, the lounges were great, amd I had some fun chats and then there are the rooms upstairs! I went on a Saturday afternoon so there were a handful of single guys hoping to get lucky, myself amongst them. It all really comes down to striking up conversations and making a connection with like-minded spa goers.
BGHS is well thought out and the staff are excellent!

| We visited on the 3rd of April. The spa facilities are excellent, very warm. On this particular day the clientele were all male apart from C which was great for her. The rules are very strict so if you want to relax in the spa you can. The top floor is where we went to relax. Many friends were made. Say hey if we crossed paths. |

| Went today and place was quiet but just what the soul needed. Clean and staff great. Had a massage with Marta and she really worked those knots out!
Then had some fun with some new friends - a great afternoon and highly recommended. Looking forward to going on a couple evening |

| Had an amazing afternoon chilling out at the spa can highly recommend a massage he was very professional with some great advice.
As 1st timers felt very welcome. Place was immaculate. Will be going again and again and again !!! |

| Our first Saturday evening visit, having done a couple of daytimes previously. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Spa floor area is lovely, clean and with plenty of hot tubs, sauna, steam rooms and a cold pool to chill and relax. Play area works less well in our view, being down a pokey, narrow corridor. Our favourite room, the mirror room, was occupied/locked every time we went past and it feels awkward to wait in the corridor. But we did enjoy a little fun in the open room at the end of the corridor. Sadly the other couples that we came across all kept to themselves, so it wasn’t a very social vibe while we were there either. We knew it closed at 10 but were a bit disappointed when they started kicking people out of the play areas from 9.15pm. Overall, we won’t hurry back on a Saturday evening, but we do love the spa facilities. |

| I attended BGHS for the first time on Sunday afternoon. It's clean and very well equipped, with lots of places to relax and chill.
Compliments to the friendly, helpful staff and to Mike the masseur. I positively floated out of there :-)
If you're looking for somewhere serene to unwind whilst in Brighton - I'd highly recommend! |

| We returned here for the first time in years last Friday and both really enjoyed the afternoon (into evening - so much so, we were the last to leave!)
Really welcoming staff and good, clean, facilities. There was a decent number of people too, mostly men, but a few couples. The men weren't creepy at all, some very friendly, and all understood signals (positive or otherwise). Being relative newcomers back on the scene, the only thing we would do differently would be trying to socialise more with a friendly couple that were there (if you see this, it would be great to hear from you), but overall, a really fun, relaxing day. Will definitely be going back. |

| Literally one of my favourite places. The staff are SO friendly that it sets a lovely vibe and attracts fantastic people
Great facilities and a very carefree atmosphere. It’s all about the people you meet and BGHS is as much for socials as it is a spa/play venue.
There’s private rooms, a larger mirrored room for a few people and big open bed area which is often the centre of attention with a couple of big groups playing. Some keep doors open, others nip in with their partner (or someone else) so quickly you’d never know they’re there, but that’s the beauty of BGHS. Everyone is catered for and you can do as much or as little as you fancy

| Visited BGHS a couple of weeks ago after hearing great things about it. Have to say it certainly didn’t disappoint. Facilities were great, super clean and the staff so friendly. It was busier than expected and certainly lots of people having fun. We’ll defo be back soon. |

This afternoon and evening with my friend
Felt very welcome by the all the staff
Loved the relax way its all Laid out hottubs was beautiful clean and hot
Everything was very nice and got to say the rest rooms so lovely to for the more relaxing wink wink definitely will be going again and the couples we chatted with really made as welcome well done to you guys keep up the beautiful work u put in

| We visited BGHS for the first time on Saturday. We were a little nervous but once our clothes were removed we forgot we were naked!
Had a lovely relaxing time in the spa then went upstairs to visit the rest rooms where we had fun on our own in one of the private rooms. |

| Sunday day and evening for us. Great atmosphere with a good mix of people. One or two single men constantly walking around opening steam room etc doors to see who's in.
White room was reasonably quiet, not as full on as Saturdays can be, good but different. |

| Had a wonderful afternoon here today. Very chilled, incredible hour long massage (thank you Lisa), my neck has never felt so good. Sauna, cold pool, sauna, cold pool, lovely lunch, chilled, read my book and just spent a few hours relaxing. Love this place, no blue bountys or double deckers though ! (Sam, tut tut !!)

| Best spa ever been to,visited with a GF last night, very relaxing, clean and great staff, got followed around a bit but a group of guys, but Respectful. Unfortunately the moment was ruined by some idiot knocking on the door, raised it with the staff but he'd already left. Bit of a shame, probably better to come on a couples nigh. |

| Visited BGHS on 20th Jan for the first time and have to say what an outstanding afternoon and evening we had. Staff and facilities were first class and it was packed with lots of lovely people. It was very busy with lots of people relaxing and playing. Can’t wait to go back. |

| Spent a lovely afternoon 28th Dec with a play friend.. met some lovely people.. especially a guy called Phil… if you read this get in touch we had fun and talked about bikes. Also met a couple when leaving they offered a lift… be nice if they got in touch.
As ever such a lovely club and seems to attract really nice people. |
