| I went there for the first time with my friend. It's pretty much as it says on the tin....it's not really a place for swinging as such, it's a nudist spa for relaxing. If you want to play a little, go to the top floor in the so called "rest rooms". It's pretty plain but it's a place to play. The place is very clean and constantly clean throughout. The staff are strict with any form of pleasure being performed in the spa, and oops, "I got told off" hehehe I did relax, it was nice, had a bit of nooky upstairs then back downstairs to relax again. |

| Had a great evening in the club. The place is very clean and some good rules that are enforced. The play rooms are fun and the facilities are fantastic will use again very soon. |

| Went for the first time a couple of weeks back.
Had fun and staff really helpful.
Hope to get back down soon sun terrace will be great if weather stays this good.
Had little fun in the rest rooms which made the afternoon.
Say hi if your going down any time as good to meet new people. Hate being billy no mates .

| This was my first visit on sunday 15th april with my partner and i would like to rate this place as best for couples as every one is with there partner and no one is left out. we had some good time and have really fun with some other couples and also enjoyed the lovely spa. the club is clean and very tidy and no single guys following as its couples night on saturday and sunday. looking forward to visit soon xxx |

| I have been going here for about a year and now i can say what a great place to go to. The staff are great, the people are friendly and just a great place to go and chill-out. Still have not taken the wife to the couple nights, but just enjoy the afternoon fun mid week!!! with all the horny yummy mummy's.

| We love it here very relaxed and chilled and the staff are really friendly. We went last night for the couples evening we know a lot of couples we spoke to could not make it. But was very quite unlike a few weeks ago thankfully J&C were there and we had a little play never been on a Sunday so as kids are away we may have a look in tonight... |

| We've been Twice now, both times had a great time. Be clear, this is not what you might call a swingers club. It's a spotless, well run and friendly place to relax in a naturist environment, with a bit of perving on the side (well, it has to be done!).
There will always be the 'odd One' who will pester or follow a naked woman, don't. They run a tight ship, you will be asked to leave if you're a nuisance or behave inappropriately.
Anyway, get yourselves down and enjoy the facilities, we'll be back again soon. |

| we went here on a a saturday,our first time,got there at 17.45,shown around by the girls ,and was impressed,lovely chill out place,about ten couples or more,cant really fault the place,maybe it could stay open till midnight.we will go again.it does exactly what it says on the tin. |

| We have been thinking of visiting the Spa for some time now & finally plucked up the courage yesterday afternoon,so glad we did as we both enjoyed the experience,it did help visiting with another couple as there were alot of single guys around but we must admit we weren't bothered at all by any of them which had been our main concern.As has been mentioned on here before the staff are attentive & rules are rules so the next time we shall keep the singing down whilst in the jacuzzi must admit though,we thought the acoustics were great lol.Our next visit,yes we will return,will be on a Weekend evening when there will be more couples about, but on the whole,an enjoyable & clean place to visit.Naturism is the key word here & not Swinging although we are sure it goes on behind the closed doors upstairs. |

| A real authentic spa, with extras all lined up waiting. The changing area could be better placed, otherwise the real deal.
Restrooms not quite up to the standard of all the many other amenities, but a
friendly crowd and certainly a pleasant place to play. |

| The spa facilities are fantastic - well worth the £30 entry fee for a couple.
Not a big fan of the swinging rooms, though. The mirrored room is nice enough, but the remaining rooms are very sparsely furnished - thin wipe-clean plastic mattresses aren't particularly sexy!
Plenty of action in the swinging rooms on the Saturday evening. Absolutely dead on the Sunday evening we visited. |

| We have been going to BGHS for years now(we stay at Shepefoot Valley caravan site - also to be reccomended!) and use the naturist beach at Shoreham, so on rainly or chillty days the Spa is an obvious retreat. The facilities as has been commented are wonderful, we find the peoiple (usually) friendley and a lovely naturist atmosphere downstairs. When we feel horny we go upstairs and play - the demarcation is strictly enforced so there is no pestering and once upstairs our intention is obvious and we have had some great sex with couples, groups and solo guys when Bernice is feeling a bit cock hungry... |
