| Visited last night, had a great chill in the spa before heading upstairs.
Only slight negative we have is that’s on couples nights there’s a growing trend of guys seeming to walk around on their own leaving their partners who frankly look reluctant to be there, sat in the lounge on their own. One guy last night spent the best part of an hour and a half back and forward patrolling the rest area whilst he’s parter sat alone in the lounge. We didn’t see him interacting with anyone in this time, just a bit similar to the wanking dead who patrol the corridors during other times.
Surely if you go to a couples only session, you use the place as a couple.
Aside from that, we ended up chatting to a very very very hot couple, before we ending up next to them on the big bed, followed by the most immensely sexy session in the mirror room. Shame some of the lights were out which made it darker than we would have liked for what was happening between us all.
If they ever come on here, we hope they find us. N&S you would be welcome to join us there anytime, or perhaps elsewhere ;-) |

| We had our first time at BGHS today (evening couples session). We didn't know what to expect as this was our first time at anywhere like this. The staff were great, rules were followed by all and other couples were friendly and put us at ease from the start, we hope to make the journey again! |

| Visited on Sunday evening. As always, had a fabulous time. Enjoyed unwinding in the jacuzzis before heading upstairs for some fun. Met some lovely people. Can’t wait to go back. |

| Yet another great evening spent at BGHS. looking forward to our next visit. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Laying naked on the roof terrace is a must (Although I was slightly scared of the seagulls) lol. |

| Had a great time Saturday night we met some lovely couples and the facilities were kept clean the staff were welcoming and friendly. I would definitely recommend you visit and I definitely will be. |

| I went with a woman from here for her first time as she wanted to try it but had been misled she would be hassled etc I described it to her and we had a lovely relaxed if not unfortunately a bit brief time |

| Had a great time playing with a few different couples on both our last visits. Between full partner swaps or just all fucking in the same room listening to everyone enjoy themselves ot is a treat.
Loving the chill out in the pools between rest room fun. We tend to get into a cycle of play, pool, play, pool. Great night on a saturday as always x

| An afternoon visit was what I needed.
Very clean and the staff are great.
Just had a relaxing time in the spa as did not have time to play.

| Had a great visit on a quiet Friday afternoon with my female FWB. Relaxed in the spa then first visit to the playrooms, back to the spa then up to the mirrored room for some sexy/hot play. Only issue was that we were constantly followed by the single men brigade - be interested to know how many steps they do when they are there !! Looking for more female/couples to meet/play with there |

| Another lovely visit, really well run by great staff. Saunas, steam rooms and hot tubs all hot and clean.
Rest rooms were a bit quiet but we had fun regardless. |

| I made my first visit to BGHS after wanting to for ages. It's an Oasis and I'm certain I'll be back regularly just for the spa, also for the massages, Nessa is amazing, I was so relaxed after my 1hr massage!
The Spa facilities are great, the lounges were great, amd I had some fun chats and then there are the rooms upstairs! I went on a Saturday afternoon so there were a handful of single guys hoping to get lucky, myself amongst them. It all really comes down to striking up conversations and making a connection with like-minded spa goers.
BGHS is well thought out and the staff are excellent!

| We visited on the 3rd of April. The spa facilities are excellent, very warm. On this particular day the clientele were all male apart from C which was great for her. The rules are very strict so if you want to relax in the spa you can. The top floor is where we went to relax. Many friends were made. Say hey if we crossed paths. |

| Went today and place was quiet but just what the soul needed. Clean and staff great. Had a massage with Marta and she really worked those knots out!
Then had some fun with some new friends - a great afternoon and highly recommended. Looking forward to going on a couple evening |

| Our first Saturday evening visit, having done a couple of daytimes previously. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Spa floor area is lovely, clean and with plenty of hot tubs, sauna, steam rooms and a cold pool to chill and relax. Play area works less well in our view, being down a pokey, narrow corridor. Our favourite room, the mirror room, was occupied/locked every time we went past and it feels awkward to wait in the corridor. But we did enjoy a little fun in the open room at the end of the corridor. Sadly the other couples that we came across all kept to themselves, so it wasn’t a very social vibe while we were there either. We knew it closed at 10 but were a bit disappointed when they started kicking people out of the play areas from 9.15pm. Overall, we won’t hurry back on a Saturday evening, but we do love the spa facilities. |

| I attended BGHS for the first time on Sunday afternoon. It's clean and very well equipped, with lots of places to relax and chill.
Compliments to the friendly, helpful staff and to Mike the masseur. I positively floated out of there :-)
If you're looking for somewhere serene to unwind whilst in Brighton - I'd highly recommend! |

| We returned here for the first time in years last Friday and both really enjoyed the afternoon (into evening - so much so, we were the last to leave!)
Really welcoming staff and good, clean, facilities. There was a decent number of people too, mostly men, but a few couples. The men weren't creepy at all, some very friendly, and all understood signals (positive or otherwise). Being relative newcomers back on the scene, the only thing we would do differently would be trying to socialise more with a friendly couple that were there (if you see this, it would be great to hear from you), but overall, a really fun, relaxing day. Will definitely be going back. |

| Literally one of my favourite places. The staff are SO friendly that it sets a lovely vibe and attracts fantastic people
Great facilities and a very carefree atmosphere. It’s all about the people you meet and BGHS is as much for socials as it is a spa/play venue.
There’s private rooms, a larger mirrored room for a few people and big open bed area which is often the centre of attention with a couple of big groups playing. Some keep doors open, others nip in with their partner (or someone else) so quickly you’d never know they’re there, but that’s the beauty of BGHS. Everyone is catered for and you can do as much or as little as you fancy
