| First visit tonight, impressed with the wet room, spoilt for choice. Also a good selection of private and open rooms, and yes the mirror room is fantastic. Also took advantage of the massage, which i can highly recommend. Nice and relaxing, done by a very pleasent young lady.The whole club was clean looked after, and the staff were constantly on the move, working to keep everything running and safe. The only bad point was the amount of people in, the place was mostly empty. Can any one suggest the best time to go as a single bloke? Im Going again, but would love to attend when a few more people are in. |

| Been here twice in close succession! We did go when it was quieter than usual due to Xmas but it was still fun! Relaxed friendly ..... and the mirror room ? Ull find me in there !! Hubby doesn't do spas so my bit of sexual freedom with my FWB!! Will be a regular now I think!! |

| It's a lovely place. They test the water cos it's their job and they need keep it set temperature and they probably walking around make sure everything is ok and people are happy |

| Cold and unfriendly staff made the whole atmosphere like a Soviet bloc prison camp. Constant patrolling in white gowns and testing water acidity then growling at any signs of intimacy was as much fun as a Siberian winter. |

| Went for the first time yesterday with my partner. Firstly, parking is an absolute nightmare which put me in a foul mood to start with. Got a bit fed up walking up and down endless stairs and the whole place had the atmosphere of a funeral. We tried very hard to make our own fun but all in all a pretty uninspiring visit. Not in a hurry to return. |

| Well what can we say!! This place is amazing it caters for every need staff are always helpful it's always clean and tidy!! Can't fault the place just the addition of fans after in the play rooms would be the icing on a very good cake |

| Lovely day on Saturday, all afternoon in the spa on a very busy day. Everyone chatting.
Then several hours in the evening playing on the white room bed.
Spotless club, friendly staff.never fails to satisfy. |

| Went to BGHS for the second time last night. Friendly chilled atmosphere and good facilities which are well looked after by the staff. Enjoyed myself and hope to be able to get along there a bit more regularly in future. |

| Had my first visit today with my partner. Not sure what to expect but I have to say a very well ran spa with the staff constantly checking the various pools for temperature. We even had a playing session in the private rooms. Tt's very clean and extremely friendly. I can honestly say we will be back again loved it xxx

I've recently discovered the pleasures of Brighton's very own health spa, despite having been a resident here for 18years. I initially went with a male friend during the week, and then again two weeks later on couples night with another couple; and then again during the week with a male friend :)
I've enjoyed all visits, I found the staff friendly, smiley and always willing to point you in the right direction should you have any queries. I really love bghs, it somehow reminds me of when I first moved to Brighton when there were more businesses run and managed by the people that owned them, which in my opinion gives local businesses more character.
I have several more incoming visits planned and I'm looking forward to getting my tlc therapy top ups on a monthly basis all the way throughout Winter this year.
I'm wishing the BGHS management team all the very best. |

| We visited BGHS Saturday 21st Oct for our first time. We had a lovely time very relaxed, lovely place, nice people. Chilled out in the hot tubs, had a sauna and steam room, chatted with some nice people. Finished the evening with some fun in one of the private rest rooms. Definitely visit again! |

| I've been here many times now. Always spotlessly clean and a very relaxed and professional spa. It's a nude spa so only towels allowed. There is a big cool pool, sauna, steam room, big hot jacuzzi, bigger hot tub, 2 person more private tubs all downstairs (no playing here) and rest rooms upstairs to play. Also a library, deck, tv room and café area. Cheap prices too. Love it here |

| Our first visit back for over 6 months and nothing has changed. The same spotless facilities and fun chatty crowd as usual. Had a great evening relaxing and exercising :-) before heading back to Brighton for a few drinks to round the evening off. |

| I had half a day holiday to take before the end of September. Use it or lose it! So I decided to take a sneaky afternoon off and head down to BGHS for the first time in over a year. Boy am I glad I did!
There was a reasonable mix of people in there with 2 couples and a single lady along with 6 or 7 single guys.
I was lucky enough to be invited into a room with a very sexy and fun couple. The guy was an absolute gent and the lady was gorgeous, passionate and fiery and knew exactly what she wanted. I had a wonderful time with them and I think we helped E achieve a fantasy :0)
G & E, if you are reading this, THANK YOU VERY MUCH! I'd love to meet up with you both again if you are down this way or are in London even. |

| Visited again last night. Very quiet which we put down to the weather and strictly back on the telly lol.
Spa was as usual spotless and we sampled tea and tea cakes in the lounge before having some fun in the mirror room.
We really can't fault this place for relaxation and fun |

| Visted for the first time since feb on a wet and windy friday
As usuall the team have the place spic and span and some lovely people around
Our chill session up on the deck was interupted by a loud bragging ex currys salesman but least we know his life history third hand now lol
We also met a real genuine single guy up in the spa and relaxation space intial J if your here and want a veri drop us a line
The spa is still the best and would go more if only it a bigger outside space see you soon |

| Visited this amazing place last week. Clean and very well run. A few rules to make everyone's visit enjoyable. Had a relaxing time in the spa area, a chill on the sun deck then watched a naughty couple in the restrooms before being asked to join in. Can't wait to go back soon |

| Went for the first time last week and really enjoyed. Our experience was really positive with the staff who were very friendly...we had a joke with them about the "gestapo" comments :) the facilities are great....we would have been open to a play but did find it a bit challenging to work out who was who amongst the hetro single men/gay single men/couples just there for the facilities/swinging couples - I'm sure we'll get the hang of it on future visits! |

| Went on a Tuesday afternoon... was quiet but the place was clean, and everyone really friendly. Had fun with my date for the day and we got to play in the private rooms...

| Don't believe the bad reviews.
This is a great place, it's not a swingers club, it's a spa that has rest rooms where you can play.
Just don't expect to play in the spa, that's frowned upon.
Relax, chat, enjoy the spa then go to the rest rooms to get to play. |

| Had another fabulous visit to BGHS this week. The facilities are spotlessly clean and very relaxing, was nice to spend some time sunbathing on the roof terrace, lovely steam and we always enjoy cooling off in the pool. A lot of fun was also had in the mirrored room upstairs! We will be back again soon! |
