| Perfect place for newbies! Stress free, no hassle and friendly staff.
We were very anxious about going as this was our first experience but were made to feel very welcome and pretty much relaxed as soon as we got through the door. Had a guided tour with another couple who turned up at the same time. Was very clean and tidy, we used all the facilities available and loved every second. Cant wait to go back, we also made some new friends and popped into town for a cheeky half afterwards. 10/10. |

| Another great visit yesterday, even more relaxed than ever before, the staff members are really nice with smiles on faces all the time, the massage was done by a very nice young lady who knows exactly what she's doing so I can highly recommend having one, the customers seemed nice yesterday also, must be the sunshine haha, I've not been to many spas but Bghs is the best I've been to |

| This is not the Boiler Room with women! If you want to have "fun" then this is not really the place for single guys (unless the single guys just want to have fun with each other). If you want a relaxing spa then this is perfect for you. |

| had a great Friday afternoon as always but I do have a couple of moans, if people don't want to be disturbed or joined by others go in a rest room that has a lock on the door, guys if the door is locked it means you are not wanted so stop knocking the door...... moan over |

| Finally got the courage to visit with my girlfriend yesterday ( bank holiday) we were given a nice tour of the facilities by very helpful staff member, spa facilities were excellent, we enjoyed the sauna and pool a lot, wandered into the restrooms a few times but came out quickly as my partner was too nervous, sun deck is great ( shame there was not much sun) a lot iod single guys, we enjoyed all the admiring looks my girlfriend was getting especially climbing in and out of the pool ( usually with a guy very close behind her as she climbed up the stairs, massage was excellent and great value. Hopefully next time she feels braver and makes use of the restrooms
Great place especially for newbies, lots to enjoy even if you are not swinging

| Had a couple of hours to kill this Saturday so popped in to the spa again. Lovely and relaxing. Didn't have much time but had a good session upstairs with a few men watching.
There can be lots of single males at times. Will try going when couples only at some point.

| All day Sunday, arrived just after lunch and had a great day.
Single men are, in general, very respectful. There's always one or two that spend all their time rushing around looking through windows to see if it's worth them coming in. Any hassle from them will be swiftly dealt with if you inform the staff.
Great value and relaxing massage.
Clean and warm.
Staff are friendly and very professional.
Rest rooms are roomy, clean and warm. The perfect place for some fun, just remember to keep all the play in there and nowhere else.
If you're looking for a full on swingers club then go somewhere else. If you're looking for a great time, relaxation, value for money, great spa, place to meet up for a social, all with the opportunity for some play if you want to, then this is perfect. |

| Been a few times and had a great relaxing time, Jacuzzi hot tubs are good and have seen many sexy women there.
Its a very relaxing place to go and if you have never been to a club before this is a good place to start :) |

| Had a nice time yesterday with my fb the first thing I got to say is from the minute we walked in til we left we noticed that one member of staff was very polite and pleasant at all times I don't know her name she was in all black and had glasses shame all the staff aren't like her. Now about our time there my fb had plenty of fun with a couple of single men before their time was up got to say one of the men in particular really gave her a good seeing to which she enjoyed then he watched me give her a length. It was nice when it was just couples time we met a few couples in the jacuzzi I would love to meet up with the the couple who was there for the first time it was the mans first time at a spa like this but his partner said she had been to Rio before if by chance you are reading this get in touch I'm the black man who was with the white lady looking forward to next visit |

| A lovely afternoon/ evening spent at this luxurious club on Saturday. The wet room is Fantastic & always a relaxing atmosphere. The restrooms were very busy all night - staff were courteous & professional even when requesting the noise to be kept down due to a couple enjoying a spanking session;-) chatted & played next to some lovely couples - even had a giggle at Eurovision ! Looking forward to out next visit :-) |

| We've been a few times and while we've not encountered downright rudeness I'd say there is a huge disparity in the friendliness of some staff.
The lack of courtesy seems worse at the door/ kiosk area while it's often more engaging at the bar. The aggressive nature of the staff seems to be at its worst in the spa area where there is more 'glaring' than smiling. Staff training required! Otherwise it's a lovely club |

| i went with a playmate to bghs yesterday and met up with a guy that we'd played with previously in the lounge area for a chat before heading downstairs for the jacuzzi. So far, so good.
We then went upstairs to the "restrooms" for some relaxation of the naughty kind, with my playmate doing her best to not be too vocal after the telling off she received last time.
We came back down to the lounge area for some much needed water, and when I asked for two glasses, the manner in which i was treated was as if i had some king of leprosy, such was the extreme manner of the spanish girl behind the counter. Being polite, I said thank you for the water, and it was almost as if she had to spit the word thank you out.
I passed this off as a one-off, and thought that not everyone is approving of such naughty behaviour in a so-called "spa" club.
However, having gone down for a much needed cool down shower, our towels got rather soaked due to the place we put them collecting water for some place, and so we went upstairs to change them. I asked the same person behind the counter for some new towels, and got exactly the same treatment.
Now, I realise that people need jobs, but surely when this girl applied for the job, she would have been made aware of the "other" side of the club, and that if she was of a fragile nature, then it might not be the best place to work, so she couldn't have not known about the sex side of the business. If she didn't approve, then she shouldn't work there if she is going to treat paying guests in the manner she did.
It was the same treatment when I went to ask for our locker key at the end of our visit.
I guess that whilst the owner is happy enough to take peoples' money, it doesn't translate to hiring staff that aren't judgmental about people that enjoy the swinging lifestyle.
It might be a "spa", but it is, like it or not, a "spa" that entertains swingers, especially at weekends, and so shouldn't discriminate against those kinds of guests.
But hey, money talks, so clearly the owner isn't going to stop welcoming people through the door, just don't expect to be treated courteously by the european staff. I wonder why there is never any UK people there, and never has been whenever I've gone there over the last 5 or 6 years.

| Visited and had a great time. Staff were really friendly and explained everything clearly as it was my first time. Facilities are good and very clean and it's awesome to just let it all hang out and relax. Nice mix of people and I'm sure fun is to be had in the rest rooms! Will be back! |

| I visited BGHS with my lady friend Polyamory, where we spent a very pleasant few hours relaxing in the Spa area and "Relaxation Rooms". My first time at the venue, I was a little taken back by the somewhat austere rules and manner of the staff but I also appreciate the standards they seek to maintain. The venue is very clean, well maintained and the other people (mostly single guys) we met on the day, were all very friendly and respectful. They also seemed to thoroughly enjoy watching Poly and I take our pleasure of each other in the mirrored relaxation room.

| Today was my second visit to this fabulous Club, had wanted to share the experience with my Fab Friend Jon for some time, we both enjoyed a fantastic 4 hours there.
This place has good strict rules which have to be respected....and rightly so!
The staff are very .professional, they might come across as perhaps a litte harsh with their strict codes.and sometimes "official" responses...but they are doing a fantastic job ,and for most.....being in a different country and using a foreign language.. they are a credit to their employers.
I'm looking forward to coming back soon.
P.s there were many Single Gentleman there...and each and everyone conducted themselves..as just that....Gentlemen..x. |

| When a web site says it is open for couples only till half ten you expect it to be open till half ten. Yes we expect to be out at half ten but us and a number of others who were relaxing in the lounge were told at 9.55 to go and get dressed as they shut at 10. We couldn't even say bye to our friends. We drove nearly 90 miles for basically 3 hours. Not good enough BGHS, shame as facilities were great and customers good, but we can not recommend this place to any one! |

| Our first visit back to the spa in a long time and boy wev missed it! A good mix of couples as usual, some new faces as well as some regular ones. Not too busy and not too quiet either. A new member of staff (to us at least) was on too who seemed very pleasant and friendly so thumbs up for her. We arrived and left a little earlier then usual due to plans on monday but we still had a lovely experience. We had the mirror room to our selves twice which was a rare treat. Its a great space to get very naughty in.
As ever would,and do, highly recommend :) |

| We don't get to visit Brighton that often but when we do, this place is always on our to do list! A fabulous venue; charming, relaxing and sociable. The staff have always been polite and welcoming and other patrons have been ultimately respectful when it comes down to privacy. Highly recommended for a few hours of escapism. |

| if you understand the rules you'll have a fab time here. Couples were friendly and relaxed, enjoyed chatting to a few while we played cards looking at the stars in the top floor relax area. Were joined by others on the big bed & had really sexy girl on girl until we let the boys join in! 5 hours of fun & facilities for £32, bargain. |
