| Our first time here and it was great. Spotlessly clean in all areas, lounges, spa, sauna, steam rooms and "rest" rooms. Staff very helpful and friendly. Brilliant evening in a fabulous venue. |

| My first time to this place nice relaxing place.The whole place was so clean and you get new towels when you want.The playroom was very clean too. Will be back again thank you to the staff. |

| After visiting many Spas around the country this was our first real disappointment , only saved by meeting some friends and a new couple ( we were the only couples there on a Thursday ) and having some amazing naughty fun .
The venue , immaculate and the facilities are spot on just such a shame for us personally as smokers ( you must get dressed and stand outside whilst they watch you) and not adverse to a nice glass of wine ( absolutely no drinking)
So ok it's a health spa so perhaps not the party place we hoped for .
The gestapo staff really were heavy on the following and watching and my partner was scolded harshly for going to the lockers to get condom supplies and accused of drinking from the locker??
I wouldn't return

| Great spa. We only go on couples night and had our first ever swinging experience here in open room with two other couples.
Staff are all females and are reasonably polite. We were once caught playing in sun roof and weren't told off. On typical Saturday eve there are about 15-20 couples and some of them are very young and sexy. |

| I was here on Friday with my fb we had some fun in the mirror room with a couple of men my female friend had the time of her life especially with the man from Middlesbrough who was in the army but staying in Worcester park (sorry didn't get your name) we will be back soon |

| As a naturist spa this is a nice play to go. If you like a nice relaxed approach to swinging this is not the place to be. The staff patrol the whole building trying to catch you in the act and you are treated like children if you so much as touch one another. There are rest rooms but it's very difficult to be in the mood to use them when you're walking on eggshells the rest of the time. We used to visit once a month but the constant checking up made us go elsewhere. We gave it another go yesterday but I think now we'll stick with elsewhere. A shame really. |

| Whenever we're in Brighton we love to go the local spa where everybody knows your name (as you have to give it to them upon entry) and they're always glad you came...
Staff extra friendly actually so no complaints here.
Facilities all spot on too..
Now if you were the young/fit/attractive couple from Wales Suzie and I were chatting to in the jacuzzi (and i later, ahem, interacted with in the "rest" rooms) then HOLLA!!
We shall return..

| After "cutting my teeth" at venues and parties elsewhere around the South East I finally felt "swinged" enough to visit my "doorstep club".
Unbelievable - the staff are friendly and professional, the spa is to die for, the cost is ridiculously low, and there's plenty of social and sexual activity.
The first of many visits I'm sure.

| This was our second visit and yet again had a lovely time and saw no evedince of rude staff as they couldn't do enough to help. The owner herself is most friendly and respectful when getting the key off us for being naughty lol. We met some lovely people and thoroughly enjoyed all the facilities which are very good and immacutley clean. We will return. |

| Had a great time here yesterday. Staff were friendly and helpful...always are unless you break the rules! Not as busy as other times I've been but all the single men were pleasant and respectful. I will definitely go again but will be during the week next time |

| I attended BgHS with my girlfriend this Thursday , what an amazing place , so relaxing. Staff made us feel comfortable would be cool to maybe meet another couple there one day ... we will definitely be checking out the club on a weekend next time ! X :) |

| I popped in to the spa on Bank holiday monday in the late afternoon. As expected, it was rather busy with lots of folks in - a great cross section of singles/ couples/ twentysomethings upwards. As always the facilities are spotlessly clean, and after chatting to some nice folks there I got to know them a little better upstairs.

| Have been the last two Fridays, and whilst I go there to relax and enjoy the facilities, it's always an added bonus if there is some fun to be had. Sadly it seems that there is more open activity between gay guys lately, and this does seem to be putting some others off, along with BGHS not addressing gangs of men following the occasional female. There was a hilarious moment when one lovely lady arrived in the cafe area with her other half, and a dozen or so of the trailing creepers. The lady in question had booked a massage (highly recommended) leaving the dozen lost souls, standing in the cafe, desperately trying to look as though they all happened to be there randomly at the same time and wondering what to do next.
This is a lovely place, with lovely staff, I hope it doesn't turn into a place where I don't feel comfortable.

| Went on Thursday evening, Only ever been on a Saturday or sunday during the day, place always clean but have to say was lacking people for fun. Not a good night for us but if you do want a sauna and a steam its a good place. For us tho will Only be going at the weekends |

| Had a wonderful first visit to this immacutley clean well run spa. With the sun shining the roof terrace was a most welcome spot to relax. The facilities are excellent and although a few single guys around they were all very respectful. We had a nice bit of fun in the rest rooms and will definitely return soon. |

| Went yesterday with my girlfriend for the second time. The place is fantastic, very clean, relaxing, and there's nice and beautiful people to enjoy some time with. We met two very beautiful couples which we haven't exchanged contacts with but we would love to meet there again.
This place is definitely our favourite. |

| A fab night at BGHS tonight. Many thanks to the young couple - the dark haired tattooed lass was absolutely stunning - who entertained us in the open restroom.
There was no staff intrusion and it was one of those magical nights at BGHS which linger in the memory forever. |

| We had a great Sunday afternoon here on the 26th Feb. We hadn't been for over a year but didn't see any real changes. No problems with the staff and fun upstairs :-) As several reviewers below point out, go on the basis that you get to use one of the nicest naturist spas going and anything else stays in the rest rooms, then there won't be any problems. |

| So we had our first visit on the 19th. Wow. We had a great time relaxing upstairs and downstairs. I'm a bigger guy but I never felt out of place. The rules in place seem very sensible and the place is spotlessly clean. We met Sam, one of the owners and she was charming. We will be back as soon as we can. On this occasion we chose not to play with others but next time who knows!! |

| Enjoyed my first visit to BGHS with a friend on couples night. As mentioned on their website and probably in some of the reviews on here, it is a spa with playrooms rather than a swing venue.
I saw none of the rudeness from the staff which had been reported by other reviewers and I found the rules to be perfectly acceptable given the nature of the venue.
As it was a couples night, there were no issues with single men and I enjoyed both watching and playing upstairs.
It's a big thumbs up from me. |

| First review, but been going here for ages.
Needed to address some of the negativity on here. Take this place for this for what it is, a spa with private rooms. If you break the rules and get sexual in the spa areas, you will get in trouble. Respect the rules, respect the owners, and respect the fact that not all the guests want a mmmmmmmmmmmf session, and you will have a great time.
Went last night as a couple, and had a great time. Chilled relaxation downstairs, threesomes foursomes and moresomes upstairs. Had a word with one idiot who didn't understand no means no, but that could happen anywhere.
An absolute pleasure, as always. Highly recommended. |
