| Visited the spa on Sunday 8th. 1st time post covid. Good to see the precautions the management have put in place. Had a lovely relaxing day without hassle. Lots of couples in as well as the single men who were very respectful. Will visit again soon |

| It’s been almost 20 years since we first visited this club, it remains as good as we first remembered with warm hot spas and a very refreshing Roman styled pool, the couples we met were sexy, engaging and friendly. The only downside for us was that we didn’t realise it was closing earlier than we expected,,so won’t leave our visit so long next time, |

| My first ever visit o Thursday this week. Really impressed with the facilities and how it really is a spa first and foremost. A bit smaller than I expected but nicely designed and laid out
Hot tubs were really hot and the cool pool afterwards was lovely. The playrooms were really nice compared to other 'spas' I've been too which kept the spa vibe.
Was nice to met a flirty friendly couple in the hot tub which was fun (curvy brunette with the most amazing tits and her South African fella say hi if you see this)
My only negative were the staff were over the top about touching and having your hands were they could be seen. I get they don't want people shagging in the hot tubs but even at my local leisure centre people are allowed to cuddle in the pool. I think they could be a little more relaxed and not 'bark' at people. However it became a bit of a running joke with others there so always a plus side.
Other visitors were polite (apart from those who knock on the playroom doors, very annoying) and respectful.
On the whole a lovely place and I'll definitely go back. |

| My first visit in 18 months and I'm pleased to say, it was as good as ever - very relaxing. Scrupulously clean everywhere and appropriate measures in place. Be aware that you will be asked to provide proof of double jab and photo ID. |

| First trip back to BGHS post lockdown. It was absolutely lovely to be back. Had a nice chilled evening with a friend of mine and talked with some lovely people.
We were also both impressed how much thought the owner has put into introducing her COVID safety measures, which certainly helped us relax. We’ll be back! |

| Had our first visit to BGHS last night and what a wonderful experience it was, the staff were all super friendly and helpful, the facilities were spotless and smelt great and the atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing evening with friends. Will definitely be back again! X |

| First went in Saturday with a my female friend.
Staff is amaizing professional and polite.
Inside spa is spotless all clean,covid rules everyone respect,and we have amaizing relaxed time.
We didn't went to play there just to relax.
Meet a couple and have lovely chat ,laugh.
Definitely going back.
Well done to the owner.
Highly recommended to everyone to visit the spa

| We visited BGHS for the first time on Saturday. What a brilliant place. The staff are attentive and polite and professional and the spa is gorgeous. It is spotlessly clean and the other couples were relaxed and friendly and completely non-pushy. The play areas are a bit curtailed for the moment but were again super clean. We would definitely visit again. |

| I have been a couple of times since reopening. Plenty of steps taken due to covid and even when I got things wrong I was reminded how to do it properly, in a reasonable and friendly way. Some reviews in other places talk of rude, abrupt staff. I have found none of this, just friendly patient ones. |

| We attended last night and absolutely loved it. The facilities were great and the staff, friendly and professional. The club was running really well, all current restrictions were well followed and respected.
We met some lovely people there and we are both really looking forward to our next visit. We can see this becoming a regular venue for us. |

| Attended tonight and had a great night as always. Unfortunately there was a couple of people who attended as 'couples' and were simply the guys being a bit pushy/creepy on their own. But Sam and the rest of the team dealt with them immediately and made it known that they wouldn't stand for it. Excellent management and a great venue. Top class. |

| Attended BGHS today with a girlfriend and we had a perfect afternoon.
Our first venture back into the arena after lockdown and were really pleased with how well organised the spa seemed to be; and pleasantly surprised how relaxed we were despite the additional requirements to maintain Covid safety.
Absolutely the right numbers of people to keep it interesting and fun but still feel relaxed, safe and able to enjoy the facilities without waiting.
Met some super friendly people, conversation flowed and hopefully paths will cross again soon.
Well done to the BGHS team and we will definitely be back soon x

| We went on 11th afternoon. We spent most of our time relaxing in the spa area. We were the only couple that I saw. Lots of single men. Chatted to a few. The staff were very good just in the background. Just one thing. I left my friend in the large hot pool to have a cold shower. She told me when we left one of the guys brushed her fanny. Won't leave her next time. Live and learn. |

| Visited the Club on a Thursday.
Very quiet. Staff friendly and the club has a nice calm atmosphere. As with most clubs still had the usual single males walking round in circles, wearing out the flooring, which is always quite amusing. |

| We had a great day yesterday even with the restrictions we had a chilled out time using all the facilities and the relaxation rooms with a couple of new friends we met yesterday. Everyone was chatty the place was busy which was nice to see. As always it was really clean and spotless all the facilities were fully functional and the rules were being obeyed. Cant wait to go back again and have a repeat relaxing fun time |
