| Our second visit, this time on a Sunday evening. It wasn't too busy and was very comfortable just what we needed. The staff are discreet when checking the facilities on a regular basis. The place is spotless. We went and enjoyed the large white rest room with another couple playing next to us |

| Our first visit to BGHS on Friday evening and wowsa what a fantastic place. It's a beautiful building with fantastic facilities and great staff who made us feel very welcome. There were were lots of sexy people attending and all so friendly and respectful. The cold plunge pool is so refreshing. The playrooms were good and also some great places to just chill. We will definitely return :) |

| I was really nervous about attending BGHS as a pre-op trans woman, worrying over how the other patrons would accept me. I really didn't need to have any concerns at all, everyone was really accepting and I wasn't the only trans person there. I had no issues at all in the really well maintained spa area and was eventually encouraged to explore the rest areas by a lovely couple of men leading to a very, very enjoyable group session. |

| Called in while close by for work. Had a great time. Ideal place to go and relax for a few hours in the steam rooms and jacuzzi. Was pretty quiet but still a little bit of fun going on in the restrooms. |

| We loved the facilities at the Spa, especially the massage which was excellent. We did however forget the no play upstairs rule and got a slapped wrist ?? but still had lots of fun with lovely people. We will be back |

| Can't believe we've never left a review for this place. BGHS is easily our favourite venue and we're here most weekends. The facilities are spotless and well maintained. The team is professional and great to chat/have a laugh with.
Having gotten supremely bored of the UK club scene, this spa has been a blessing in that it allows us to unwind and socialise while still offering the option to visit the rest rooms for some fun (hello, big bed!) before heading home at a reasonable hour.
10/10 place!

| Our first visit today and deffo didn’t disappoint. Staff are lovely and welcoming. Really impressed with the lay out and spa facilities. Nice to chill upstairs at bar area with a good selection of snacks and drinks. Lots of single guys which was expected seeings as we came during the day but all were very respectful and not pushy like other places we’ve attended. Ended our visit with some much needed naughty fun in one of the rooms on the top floor. Will deffo be back and looking forward to visiting one weekend soon when it’s couples only after 5.30. |

| Attended Sat with my wife, who isnt into play with others, but loves me tending to her and being watched. The place was packed but fab as always. my wife was chilling downstairs cooling off and I went to the top top floor around 18.30, which is reserved for relaxing, not playing. However there was an amazing couple who obviously forgot the rules or themselves :-), it was amazing to watch. If you on are fab, Id love to get in touch........ |

| As we were in the area, missieJ and myself decided to spend a late afternoon/evening here, great choice, fantastic set up, the Spa facilities are great.
Starting in the larger hot tub, then cold plunge pool, steamroom, plunge pool, sauna, plunge pool, repeat, think you get the idea, then into the social area in-between for a coffee and chat.
Hope to go again soon.
Deffo worth the 4 hour travel on its own.

| We love this place. After a hectic Christmas and new year period, we decided to spend Saturday night here. The place was really busy, with such a chilled group of couples. Great facilities, great staff and had a great time upstairs and down. |

| When it was freezing outside, we retreated to BGHS (Saturday 3rd January). It was the busiest we have ever seen it….. Lots of lovely people also finding the warmth.
Staff were amazing as ever, everyone so friendly. The Spa facilities were super clean and great to meet and chat to so many lovely couples.
Still our favourite place and looking forward to supporting BGHS into 2026 |

| Was tempted to go on my (semi) usual Friday afternoon/evening, but had a bit too much work to do so went Saturday (3rd) instead. Met some lovely people there to chat to and overall not as busy in the afternoon as I thought it would be, which meant I could use all the facilities when I wanted. I'd imagine it got very busy in the evening. The staff told me they almost ran out of available lockers on Friday!
As always, a very lovely and relaxing experience in all respects and so nice to be warm/hot with it being so cold outside. Shorter dips in the pool though! The staff are wonderful and the food's really nice (the salads in particular are delicious and presented beautifully). |

| We absolutely love BGHS, always a very warm welcome, great facilities, clean and fantastic staff and will it always be our favourite place to relax and be naughty, although last night was far too busy to use much of the facilities, or to get upstairs on this occasion to use any of the playrooms, but we’re simply putting that down to it being the first Saturday after the Christmas festivities. |

| Had our first visit to BHGS this weekend for couples’ evening and we didn’t really know what to expect, but it was absolutely lovely. The spa was clean and well maintained, with some exciting play rooms on the upper floors.
Everyone was relaxed and clearly having a great time. One of Kitty’s highlights was the cold pool after sitting in the sauna a little too long — very refreshing, followed by some playtime in the giant room upstairs!
Thank you to the people we spoke to for helping make the experience so relaxing and fun. We’ll definitely be back. |

| Had another great evening at the Spa yesterday, a real tonic after a hectic Christmas break, coupled with a miserable head cold.
The spa facilities as always were great & spotlessly clean & we had some nice sexy fun upstairs on the big bed too, a lot of hot couples were there & it was very horny lol
Sam is so lovely, even lent us some dvds lol and the staff are all great too, we can't wait to return! |
