| We went there for a first time and the staff in reception was lovely. As we undressed, I walked towards reception in swimsuit to ask where the lockers key needed to be dropped and where was the NO CLOTHES ONLY area and the owner had a go on me and then on my wife who was waiting for me in the lockers. She humiliated us in from of other guests and treated us like crap. We felt so harassed and humiliated that we had to leave straight away |

| What a great place. The spa is excellent. Spotlessly clean. None of that mouldy smell in the steam rooms.
The variety of "rest" rooms was great. We were there mid week low season so not very busy but still some very sexy folk having fun. |

| It’s been awhile but BGHS never disappoints! It was the busiest we’ve seen it so far but everyone had lots of naughty fun! The facilities are excellent and always very clean/well maintained add to that the amazing staff that are always friendly and helpful. Just wish we lived nearer.

| I had the opportunity for another visit yesterday and as always the facilities available and cleanliness throughout cannot be faulted. The owners and staff are always friendly and helpful, particularly so yesterday when I nearly slipped up with the parking restrictions outside in Bristol Gardens. I treated myself to a coffee and one of their delicious toasties then had a few hours relaxing in the downstairs spa area and also went upstairs to the rest rooms. In the big open rest area a gorgeous blonde lady and her man were giving some very horny "entertainment" for those of us lucky enough to be there. All in all a very enjoyable afternoon and evening.
Lastly a word of caution about parking in Bristol Gardens, always make sure you have paid for the whole time your car is parked when the restrictions are in force. The parking wardens come round in the last 15 minutes before the restrictions end at 8pm!! |

| Went here yesterday to escape the awful weather and it was great fun! Pretty busy, a good mix of people, lovely hot spa area and ended up in a 3sum upstairs in the brilliant mirrored room. A regular here and it never fails to disappoint :) |

| Attended on Thursday afternoon on a first meet and we had a wonderful relaxed afternoon chilling and chatting and stayed until closing.
We were chatting with a lovely couple in plunge pool (that is definitely colder at night) and continued the chat in the sauna where we were shown a nifty trick to increase the steam. But was a pity I forgot to ask the fab name.
The place is spotless as always and the staff are always friendly, courteous and happy to help.
I attend a lot as a single guy during the daytime to unwind and relax and dont feel the need to venture upstairs.
We went to re familiarize our selves with the upstairs and just couldn't resist making use of two of the rooms but unfortunately some single guys need to understand that a closed door is closed for a reason and we did not expect the door pushed open mid flow to have a single guy come in and ask "can I watch and wank". I told him that a closed door is closed for a reason and shut the door on him.
All in all, it was a great way to spend a day and perfect place to meet someone for the first time. Cant wait to go back after xmas |

| First time there on a Friday and spent the whole day. I was not sure what to expect. It was surprisingly quiet to start with, even regulars and staff commented, but possibly it had something to do with being the day before Xmas Eve. But it was all very pleasant and laid back as usual. Around 7pm it started to get very busy and. A lot of fun was had with couples and single woman. Always a pleasure and laugh to go. |

| Having attended Saturday and Sunday couple sessions, with some trepidation we thought we would try a Friday.
After warming up from the Arctic temperatures outside we ventured upstairs and found our selves in an impromptu threeaome which everyone had a lovely time. Although there are single men, it didn't feel intimidating, in fact they were all respectful and well natured. Wont be our last Friday session. Also found a new room we weren't aware of.

| Me and a friend of mine decided to check it out and were not disappointed. We loved the big play space and she was very popular. There was a nice mix of people in there. More men than women but that wasn't a problem for either if us. Everyone was very open and friendly and we made a few good connections as well as getting to put on a bit of a show.
The only downside was that there were no condoms. I brought some of my preferred ones from home because I assumed the ones there would be the basic kind but I was surprised to find that there weren't any available. Had I known I would have brought a lot more. |

| Had another great evening on Saturday. Everyone we spoke to downstairs was relaxed and easy to talk to.
The staff are all lovely.
Had a great time upstairs and ended up in the open room with a lovely couple from the New Forest.
It got pretty steamy (but respectful) and has made us want to go back very soon.
You could easily just go and enjoy the spa and the fantastic toasties but if you click with the right people upstairs it's FABULOUS! |

| Had a great time there last night with my girlfriend (Naughty Aunty). It’s been a while since we last visited, but always impressed with the cleanliness and service. This was our first time on a couples only night and this was definitely a preference for us. A lovely place to relax in the company of others and we certainly took the opportunity to have a little bit of naughtiness with an audience in the rest rooms. We’ll be back at some stage. |
