| Attended chams today with the wife awesome as usual.
Jacuzzi very warm and bubbly, place nice and warm on all floors, steam room working normally although you had to ask if you wanted sauna on which we didn't
Staff friendly as ever and nice people to play with which we did lots, will be back again before the new year. |

| Visited chams tonight with a friend.
The staff were very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable.

| This club is in our opinion still the best around but just recently it has been on the slide. We appreciate its a very subjective thing but certain items are fact. On Monday 1st Dec the steam room and sauna were not available. The showers at 8.30 were running cold. There was no lighting in the Round Room. The central heating radiators have all been turned off for some time and been replaced with wall hung convection heaters which are no where near as effective. The air blowers in the Jacuzzis are still not working, the excuse about trying to reduce the air born chlorine is starting to wear a bit thin.
The staff are still brilliant, in particular Mark but surely its not fair on him to keep making the excuses.
Even the single guys are beginning to vote with their feet.

| We went Tuesday evening.(1st Dec) Now warm as toast. Still a glitch with sauna and steam room but the rest was great. A great laugh with the staff and we managed a few 1st s for us. One of our best visits. Thanks to the staff and people we met who made it such a pleasure. Back soon Joan and John xxxxxx |

| Went to Chams today and found the club lovely and clean and warm ...
its a lovely friendly club and the staff are awesome .. had a lot of fun in the bar area today ,we didn't realize it was so naughty downstairs .. xx
food was really nice too x
single guys were polite .. what more could we ask for ... only that we could have stayed longer xx see you again soon xxx |

| sadly the last revue was spot on.we have been suporting chams management tell our friends a people we meet there it takes timeto put things right.however this is not a third world countryand enough time has gone now.carnt be that hard to get electrics sorted and an engieers for hot tubs .top floor was like a smurfs convention with people going blue by the min would have bin good to do the ice bucket challange up there .found some hot action downstairs and in cinema room brought a whole new meaning to blue movies .we still love this place and hope things get sorted soon .if you thinking about going take a nice big coat with you and wear thermal pants. |

| we went monday afternoon and it was cold upstairs no heating no steam no sauna, jacuzzi was working, guys you need to get the club sorted soon its going to get colder soon and we will not feel like coming to chams, although we love the place and meet lots of our friends there all we talk about is how cold it is and what is not working it spoiling the fun we like to be warm thats what we pay for please sort it out, love all the staff especially mark hes getting all the grief |

| Disappointed having read the comments over the weekend about problems with some of the facilities was told this was sorted out on entry, but same again tonight no Sauna or Steam room working.

| Totally agree with below, we think this club is the best out there and Saturday is our night of choice , but this Saturday felt different maybe it was some on the people in ,staff great club is great but the night wasn't up to chams usual heights , was quite empty and had a totally different feel about it , that all bieng said its still the best club and we will be there soon |

| Strictly speaking, we had a great time but mainly because we went with close friends.
The club itself had a very different vibe from the moment we entered and saw a couple virtually fully clothed playing cards next to the front door. That was a first, as was finding a lady actually asleep on the big bed in the Couples Room.! Chacun à son goût.
There were a few young posers in, who seemed to be totally drunk and just shouted and snorted at each other all night. We must say that the brilliant staff noticed everything and did their level best to sort it out and none of this spoiled our fun.
The club looked as great as ever and we enjoyed ourselves, played all over, most others seemed to as well and we’ll be back. Merci Mark, Lisa and Karl. A+A xx

| We had a good night at chams.. but was a little disappointed that the steam room wasn't working and only one Jacuzzi was warm enough to go in.
Staff as usual were great and we met some great people. Think a new record for number of people in one tub was created too and amazing fun too.

| Love this place and still do, but had our worst night last night. The place was cold (outside the bar), one jacuzzi was cold, the steam room wasn't working, the lights on the top floor were on full brightness which killed any sexy vibe. Lots of play happening but not much 'swinging', the round room was barely used and the place thinned out really early, meaning we left earlier than usual. Many who were still there had been drinking lots and were quite loud. Staff were great however as usual. Perhaps just an off-day so looking forward to next time still |

| We can't get enough of this fantastic club and wish we could visit more often. The atmosphere is always great and the staff are brilliant at making you feel welcome. As ever Saturday night was packed full of sexy people who all seemed to be having fun and the playrooms were very busy. We really enjoyed ourselves and we most definitely will be back soon xx |

| Decided to have a venture out to chams at 11pm. Met some lovely couples. Some very friendly Polish couples who were warm and welcoming. Unfortunately we lost track of them but hopefully see in the future and then chilled in the jacuzzi where we hooked up with some more sexy peeps. All good fun and ended the night chatting to a lovey couple in the changing room.
All in all a good night, fun, friendly people and a nice finish to our weekend fun.

| Had a fantastic Saturday 21st November night at Chams.
I just hope they get no bad reviews due to to power outage, because it wasn't their fault. The staff were fantastic despite the darker conditions, so adaptable to any situation. Huge well done and brilliant customer services. Other clubs may have shut under the same circumstances, but the staff rallied on and really came through.
Couples room more some was very very enjoyable ;)

| After the odd atmosphere of last Friday, the club this weekend was back on form. Friday and Sunday were both amazing nights with amazing people. As usual, the staff went above and beyond to make everyone happy and it showed, everyone was chilled and had smiles on their faces. Still my favourite place to be :-) |
