| Popped in first time in months last night (sat). Loved the heat of the jacuzzis and the smooth jazz soundtrack :) liked the raffle. Fairly chilled out atmosphere. Hope to be back soon |

| We love this club,have visited many times and when a friend suggested going on Friday night we jumped at the chance and made travel arrangements.though not as busy as previous Friday nights we have been,there was still a great mix of couples and singles,fantastic staff as always,and great facilities.I only wish we could get over more often.thanks for a great night and we hope to get back soon. |

| Great afternoon visit 5 March. Great staff and nice environment. But why on earth do members leave used condoms on the floor of the " round bedded room"? The staff can't be everywhere at once. It was clean when we went in early afternoon and a short time later it was dirty. Dirty people . Perhaps they should be banned for the sake of everyone else. These aren't swingers . They spoil it for us all |

| Been a member now for quite a while, and yes there's been a few issues with sauna or jacuzzi not working, but hey ever place needs to stop for maintenance now and again, so I don't know why people give a bad review for this?
Anyway... The club is brilliant, great atmosphere, lovely friendly staff and clientele, very relaxed and no pressure, we never had a bad night there always been a lot of fun, and by far the best club around, and we always look forward to our nights away there esp when you get woken in the morning with breakfast :0)

| Not as good as it used to b hot tubs not the same sauna not working again door closer to couples room broken used condoms on the edge of one of the hot tubs everywhere it's a shame that it is going down hill was a great club please sort these issues out |

| Popped over to Chams for a bit of Friday afternoon fun and relaxation ;) turned out to be the best club trip so far. Bar area was busy with a number of sexy couples and cinema was the always occupied. Won't be long until I return ;) |

Really friendly and got a very warm welcome by the staff.
The hot tub is definitely the ice breaker as met some really nice a friendly people in there and there is plenty action going on and left the club smiling and satisfied ?? |

| This still remains my favourite club.
We (two single ladies) went to this club on a Thursday at the beginning of February in celebration of my friend's birthday. We took along a friend for his first visit to Chams. Unfortuately due to traffic we arrived 7 hours late, but we still had a few fun hours in the club. We certainly made use of the much needed hot tub. The food, as always, was very yummy. We love the cinema and the round room.
As always this club is well maintained and looked after, clean with good facilities. The staff are always friendly. The people are friendly and always respect us. We always have a good time here. I will definately be back as often as I can! I highly recommend this club, it really is fantastic. |

| We have been attending this club for several years and last attended a few weeks ago. Our main observation is that the hot tubs were freezing. It was like that on our previous visit. It's of little use if the hot tubs are only warm during late evening when we are leaving.
We love this club for many reasons and it's certainly the best we've attende. But management please fix what needs fixing . |

| This is a fantastic club but as per previous reviews standards are slipping. General maintenance is the responsibility of management, but cleanliness is everyone's. It takes no effort to put condoms / tissues / plastic cups etc in the bins provided. Lets keep this club at the level it should be!! |

| I love Chams, I feel safe here. I've been twice so far and plan to attend every BBW event, the people are lovely and the staff are really friendly. I've never noticed any cleanliness problems, but people shouldn't blame that on the club, its the punters as such being lazy and not cleaning up after themselves. I can't comment on the jacuzzi and sauna as I don't use them, but when I've been there they appear to working fine.
The only thing I would ask is if the layout of the dungeon could be changed, for those of us who like to bring BDSM to our sex life. Maybe move the bench in the middle of the room to where the cross is and put the cross on the back wall, that way we can swing floggers and whips no problem.

| Sadly we have to agree with jennygizmo. Chams has long been our favourite club but last night was a shocker! The place was filthy. The lights were out in two of the lockable play rooms near the couples room. Tissues and used condoms all over the beds. Jacuzzis are still without bubbles and either cold or too chemically. Sauna looking like its never going to work again.
I can't bring myself to give this club an avoid as we've had many good times here in the 10 or so years we've been visiting but believe me if things don't start to improve rapidly we and others will look elsewhere.
This is a plea to the owner. Sort it out please. |

| We went last night and left after 1 hour
Condoms tissues left in showers and in general public areas , bottles and glasses left on Seats and anywhere except a bin .. The "" new " or back jacuzzi was again enough to make your eyes bleed and the other was too cold
Sauna not working again !!!
Come on guys.... we'd like a new car as well !!!! But we'd like our club to be what it used to be ... Still the best swingers club in uk but if standards slip anymore it won't be |
