| We went to the Xmas Party on Saturday evening. We hadn’t been for a while and every time we do go they’ve done something new, improving things all the time. The facilities here really are second to none.
We arrived early and left late. There was the usual mix of players and (very loud) talkers.....
We met friends old and new and enjoyed a great time with a sexy couple enchanted by the very short sparkly skirt one of us was wearing!
After room hopping, being by turn voyeurs and exhibitionists, we enjoyed the empty jacuzzi in the early hours before crawling out.
The staff are just brilliant and always greet us like old friends. They’ve all been here for as long as we’ve been going, more years than we care to remember and certainly ages before we joined fabs. Mark even let Andrew wear his ‘gay’ shiny top this time!

| An absolutely fantastic club and one we wish was just that little bit closer. We spent the weekend here, both at the Christmas party and BBW night and it was fabulous. Great people on both nights, the staff as wonderful as always, the venue perfect. Worth the couple of hours travel and will be making it our mission to visit more often in 2018 |

| We've been members of this club for a number of years now and for a good reason it really is the best club by far that we've been to.
It's not just that the club is always kept immaculately clean with fantastic playrooms which of course they are.
What really makes this club is the amazing staff, they always go above and beyond when it comes to looking after you and it's this that makes us come back again and again....keep up the great work guys.

| We're lucky to have a few clubs near us but in truth only one feels like a fit.
The staff are welcoming, attentive and fun. I fact fun is the "buzz" word.
They look like they are enjoying being at work.
If ever you want a KPI for an employer it's as simple as........ let's see your workers enjoy being at work. |

Another amazing night in the best club with the best facilities
Fantastic staff as always who work so hard and make the club so welcoming
Just a shame one guy was annoying and couldn’t keep his hands to himself !!
But it didn’t spoil the evening and there were lots of lovely other people in last night
And winning one of the prizes was a bonus
Yet to try it out lol !!!!

| Was told I had to come and tick this club off my list, so Friday evening my FB and I did just that. We booked a room at the club which was lovely. Clean spacious and very handy. The club itself is like a maze and at every twist and turn is another fabulous kinky room to play in. We saw most of them and the couples room was great fun. Met some fantastic people who all made us feel very welcome. Buffet was just what I needed after some playing to recharge before we went back for more. If I am ever in the area again I will defo be back...thank you for a amazing night and another tick on my challenge.

| We love our fabulous afternoons at Chams and today was no exception. Couples n guys always around and today we were one of 3 couples on the bed and we played with them both. Met a few single guys too which is always fun. Chams is always clean n tidy, always have friendly staff and everyone who goes is respectful. |

| Had another great night at this Club celebrating Mrs Sexy birthday with some friends. Staff as always friendly and efficient; fellow club goers sexy and fun...what more could you want. Although it seemed quieter than usual we enjoyed the atmosphere as it gave you a better opportunity to chat with people. We all had a great time in the round room although we wished we could of got the fab name of the blonde lady and her partner before they left who joined us on the bed for an intimate oral session. This really is one of the best clubs in Britain |

The staff as always worked very hard to ensure the bar and food service was excellent. A great club with exceptional and lovely people. | First time at this fabulous club and its probably been said many times. We stayed there in one of the new rooms and its probably one of the nicest rooms we've stayed in. The place is very clean and tidy, staff very accommodating. Loads of people there even though the snow came down. We enjoyed so much play in all the rooms even in the night club we continued. Great night overall and will be coming back to this club again for more x |

Have been a few times now, and is always plenty of fun, spotlessly clean thanks to the guys keeping on top of everything. Plenty of sociable and welcoming couples, every time we have been there has been a new experience, even though we don’t swap. Great place, highly recommend!! |

| Well as always what a great night. What started off as a quiet and relaxing night turned in to an amazing and fun night. As always dancing the night away with the wonderful MARK we met a very friendly and lovely couple who joined us on the dance floor.
But later on turned in to a very exciting night with lots of fun and plenty of pleasure.

| We went to Chams for the first time yesterday. Bit nervous, but needn't of been. Tom and I were welcomed warmly by the fantastic staff who took the time to put us at ease. We were soon naked and soon having fun. Loved the atmosphere, liberating and empowering experience.
Damn that hot tub! Very sexy.

| Went to the Nude night this evening. Had a really great atmosphere and whilst quiet slow to get going it was easier to talk to people and make new friends.
Thanks to A & G for a fantastic show downstairs in the bar and it was lovely chatting to you both as well. Thanks to F & A for an amazing foursome I hope we can repeat it sometime!!

| I attended the club on Monday for the bi-evening, with my partner, M, and we had a fabulous time. Lots of lovely people misbehaving: even the couple's changing room wasn't off limits! Couple's room was wonderful as usual with lots of bi fun.
